A nice little place with a beautiful courtyard. Staff are very friendly. There is a water pump that makes a lot of noise, which is bothersome. I had to find the source and unplug it to sleep. You might need to do the same.

Very clean and comfortable and very quiet when we were there. Good breakfast. Beautiful courtyard to sit in. Friendly and helpful hosts. Secure car parking and very close to the town centre. All very good.

Very patiently stayed up for us as we were late arriving. Beautiful old hacienda with a lovely courtyard full of fruit trees and vines. Very comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Breakfast was great, the owners were super helpful, the whole place has very much charm and a lot of athnosphere. We looked at another hotel not far away that was more than double in price and awful!

The hostel exceded my expectations with its garden setting,.The peace and tranquility and comfortable room provided a great sleep, waking to a breakfast of warm rolls, meats, cheeses and fruits with coffee and juice. They arranged a wonderful wine tour with transportation. Easy walking distance to the square, the museum and restaurants. Highly recommend staying with these welcoming hosts.

Our hosts, Raul and Rossana could not be more welcoming. Raul extended himself so much to ensure that we were comfortable and left with a positive impression of his property and city of Santa Cruz.

If the property is full, you may experience some noise infiltration in your room, as they are close to each other.

A small and very cosy hostel within walking distance to the city center. The hosts were very nice with us all the time, making sure we were enjoying our stay. As a small place, it sometimes felt like we were staying with some close relatives. We felt always welcome. The breakfast was prepared with great care and according to our own availability and time. We also benefited from the free parking right beside the property.

There were two water pumps that would go on and off all night. Probably not loud enough to wake you up, but if you are already awake it was a bit annoying. They should put sound proofing on those pumps. Also, there was no airconditioning, which is OK with me, but there should be a fan, because we arrived late afternoon and it was a bit stifling hot in the room. Also curious what the plan for winter is....

The breakfast was quite good with generous portions, but depending on the day, you might be offered an egg or not (I would have liked to have it as an option every day). The coffee could have been better. They offered instant coffee.

The owners of the hotel were very kind and helpful. They helped me arrange visits to vineyards, including to small producers who I could never have found on my own. They also offered transportation services to these vineyards, which I appreciated since I did not have a car. The hotel itself was beautiful. I had a very comfortable room with a gorgeous bathroom that opened into a lovely courtyard. It was a little oasis perfect for catching up on work or relaxing.

Our stay at the hostel exceeded our expectations. Everything went perfectly. Staff is exceedingly attentive and efficient. The location is central and accessible, yet very quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Breakfast is delicious. The hostel has secure parking for guests. We recommend this establishment in every respect, without a doubt.

The first room assigned was facing the road with much traffic noise. The hostal is over priced for what it delivers. My Spanish is poor so some misunderstandings about a wine tour. I thought they were booking me for a vineyard within walking distance. But it ended up being for another that the owner drove me to. And charged me for the trip both ways without me approving it.

Nice location close to downtown and bus station. I appreciated the early check in.

The description and available facilities at this property are incorrect. The rooms do not have a fridge and the room we were given didn't even have a closet or wardrobe for our clothes. It mentions various available facilities such as kitchen and washing machine but these are not for communal use. There is a laundry service at additional cost. Also the room was absolutely freezing and we never managed to work out the heating function on the air-conditioning. I did mention all of the above when leaving and that the information in booking needs to be revised. Also in terms of cost it was very expensive in comparison to other larger properties in the area.

Location was perfect, rossana & Raul were lovely and the inner courtyard was a lovely place to drink a glass of wine in the evening.
