The hostel's location in the city is good, although it is a 10-minute walk from the main tourist street. Great value for money. Very friendly staff and hostess. We arrived early and were immediately given a room. The rooms are small, but there is enough space for two people. They are tidy, clean, there is always a bottle of water, and a small wardrobe. Breakfast is good with fruits. They have a large terrace on the roof. On the last day, when we checked out, it was raining heavily and they allowed us to return to the room for a few hours. Highly recommended.

In a place where hotel prices are through the roof, this an amazing value for money place. For the price, the rooms are large, clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was decent and they were kind enough to give us packed breakfast when we left on early morning tours. The kitchen was free was use and the staff were kind although they spoke only Spanish. Google translate helped. The wifi worked good, the showers were warm.

Parking space is limited although it’s safe to park on the street outside.

Very clean and nice rooms (option to have your room cleaned during the day). The breakfast was amazing, so much choice!! We were able to use the kitchen for cooking too which was helpful.

The pool was absolutely freezing, wasn’t able to use it. Not allowed to use the kitchen after check out even though it was empty.

The staff was very kind! Without asking, they prepared us a to-go lunch, when we left for El Tatio at 5am in the morning.

Short distance from the Caracoles St. (12min walk), breakfast ok, clean and organized room, so the place is a good value.

The property is located close to the center of the town, 10 minutes walking distance. It is also close to the grocery store. The swimming pool is small but it’s enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can ask them for a breakfast box if you have a trip in the early morning. Highly recommended!

Power socket didn’t work near the first bed.

Everything was great :). The hotel was better than we expected. The staff was super kind and helpful. The pool was a big plus in the afternoon when it was super hot. I would def come back

This was the cleanest room I've ever seen in hotels. The staff was very friendly and the common areas are well maintained. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, probably the best one I've seen in Latin America. We also used the laundry which was a good experience again. Our clothes were clean, smelled nice and were perfectly ironed. Free secure parking is another plus. Wifi was perfect in my room

The only thing was that sometimes hot water wasn't hot but it seems to be common for the region

Having a kitchen and laundry option is great for cooking your own meals. Pool is so good in such a hot climate.

We like the the friendly welcome of the host and the cleanliness of the hostal, room, kitchen and swimming pool.
