Everything was great, small suggestion only to add eggs and maybe some veggies/fruits to the breakfast when served in the hostal ( take-away option actually includes that)

Central but quiet location close to bus stations and the main street, very helpful, responsive host Walter who can speak some English, very comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment (mine was also with kitchenette), plus breakfast incl with take-away option if needed; everything for very reasonable price

Lovely stay in Pucon where the hosts were extremely helpful and kind. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay with plenty of space and very homely.

The breakfast was very simple and the room was cold during the morning.

The host was very friendly and the place is adorable. The location was also ideal. The best part is the view to the volcano we had from our room, that was just incredible. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at this hotel's apartment was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Walter, the manager, whose warmth and helpfulness instantly set the tone for our visit. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Walter's wife also contributed to the delightful atmosphere with her friendly demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

No Air conditioning in our room, but we could open window. And inconvenient for only some hot summer days.

We had a great time at this place for a few days. Our host Walter gave us really great advice on activities around. Our room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast at 08:30 was very nice in the charming wooden living room. We also had opportunity to do our laundry (an extra service 6.000CLP). We recommend a lot this place, really well located next to Main Street with all restaurants. Also you can park your car for free in the street.

Very clean and the front desk was very helpful with recommendations on where to go and they helped us book the shuttles to and from the airport. We had a few very early mornings outside of the breakfast hours so they set some food aside for us in the fridge for those days. Lovely people.

There's no air conditioning. Depending on the weather that can be an issue.

It's a small B&B that looks like home. The owners were very kind and solicit. There's a fridge and a cabinet in the eating area for those who want to storage food. The location is very good. Quiet and close to main street. They serve breakfast individually (no buffet). Very simple, but fresh.

Clean room and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. Laundry service for a reasonable price and the included breakfast is small but filling. Entire accomodation feels very welcoming, especially when hanging around the common area.
