They charged us a bit more than advertised.

The entire house was amazingly clean and tidy. The family who run it really take care of the facilities. We loved the comfortable bed and the sea views from our room. Location was okay, about 20 minutes walk from the center.

It could have been a bit cleaner, There were crumbs on my floor and in the public space which were there from the first day to the last. (although this is maybe meant to be private space but you have to go through it to get to the bedrooms). I knew it would be a shared bathroom but thought that the family at least might have another one but there was just one for the family and all guests.

The accommodation was family run with no 'staff' as such. The owner was very helpful and arranged trips for me for my two day stay at lower prices than advertised online but this may have been because they did not include the entry fees incurred. It was very good though, arriving one evening, to have the following days organised for me. This was the best aspect of my stay. As I went out early both mornings a take-away breakfast was left out for me. The room was comfortable.

Not a huge issue, but there was confusion around whether we were allowed to use the kitchen to cook in the evenings - one member of staff told us we weren’t allowed, and another came out to correct her. Was totally fine in the end but worth flagging when you arrive if you’d like to cook!

Beautiful, quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Feels like you’re staying with your family as a very homely, cosy vibe with a log burner downstairs too. Very comfortable beds and great ocean views from the top floor! Great value for money and friendly staff too.

The heater uses oil which I can’t tolerate because of the smell. Had to leave the window open which defeats the purpose. Would highly recommend getting a pellet stove for the space

It's a bit outside of the city center and bus station, like 20-25 minutes going up. It's a private house so no much privacy. Bathroom was a bit clumsy. The room was super cold.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, bathroom was fully equipped with everything you needed. Host was very flexible and accommodating to our needs and even made our breakfast to go when we had to leave for a flight earlier than breakfast was served.

Let's start, you can't use the kitchen, it's a hostel, in addition, if you're a foreigner they charge you VAT, if not they tell you don't stay and that's it, the check-out time is at 11 am but it's not just leaving the room but also the accommodation making you stay on the street because the hotel is at 3 pm, and the energy of the two elderly people who attend is very negative, hot water did not come out at all, I would not return honestly

The space is a family home, it is a room that does not have heating and for -4 degrees it is somewhat average, the bathroom is outside, bed comfort is acceptable

-sadly almost everything -u have to share your bathroom with the owners and it was not really nice -the included the taxes (almost nobody did) -one time I had to pick up something from the floor and saw a lot of dirt under the bed ... that was really dirty -I asked a friend to come over, but even with double bed they didnt allow me this... so fine so good... but instead of explaining it to me calmly he was really really rude and inpolite And really cant recommend this place. It was the worst experience I made in Chile so far...

It is far from the terminal so you can never go for a walk to there. It is far from the terminal and the road is very uphill so you absolutely have to take a taxi. Signage is not very visible and hard to find. They said they would cancel the reservation if it was not possible to late check-in ( I let them know exact time in advance) in advance, but it was possible, so I made a reservation. However, everyone was sleeping with the lights off, and after waiting for a while, the owner's son came out and opened the door. It was said that it was possible to take a shower with hot water, but the water did not come out and the owner of the accommodation said that there was no problem because this was not the responsibility of the hostel. Then they told me to go to another hotel. At 1:30 in the morning! The room was so cold that you could breathe inside the room! The owner's grandmother had no interest in anything other than getting paid, and she didn't even let her use the heater for fear of her electricity bill going up. The whole house was very old and worn, but it felt unmaintained, and the bedding on the bed was very, very old, so there were lint all over and the old smell vibrated. Even the owner's son and owner's grandmother fought in front of me, and I had no choice but to stay for a few hours and leave at dawn. There was no soundproofing at all and the sound of someone snoring vibrated all the time. AirBnB has very close to the terminal and very friendly accommodations, but there are cheaper accommodations than here! Please avoid this hostel. It was not a hostel where I have to pay to sleep, but rather a hostel where I did not want to sleep even if I received money.

The neighbourhood was not good. The bathroom at the base was definitely not clean. And i felt Not confortable going there. You didnt get a key for the front door. I had a single room at the base and i could hear the TV playing from the adjoining room. For the prize i would not recommend it.
