Friendly staff. Easy access.

Easy location to get to. Omero was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were super accommodating and helpful. Beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything. The location was great too.

It was very noisy at night, with dogs barking and people on the streets (nothing to be done about the people!).

A fantastic space. Very homely, great shared kitchen and lounge spaces. Room is spacious, with good storage and a modern bathroom. Location is just outside main town, and is very handy with large, well stocked supermarket next door. Host is very attentive and easy to communicate with.

A little bit of road noise, but not a major issue.

The hosts are super nice. I arrived earlier than expected and they still gave me the room. The place is super clean and well kept. It was a bit cold at first but then the heating worked and it was pretty good. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is super close to O'higgins street. The view of the volcano is also nice from the balcony. One thing to note is that they do have couple dogs and cats but they are friendly and have been trained to not go inside the hostal. I really like the place. Would definitely recommend!

There are some very minor comments. Often it was hard to control the temperature of the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. This can be fixed quickly by adjusting hot water limiter on the valve in the shower. Secondly, having another light or a stronger bulb for the kitchen would help when cooking or doing the dishes as it was hard to see with the one light bulb. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

This hostel has a wonderful position...an easy walk to the beach and very near fruit shops and a supermarket . We had a balcony and ate our evening meal looking at Villarrica Volcano. We could easily walk to Pucon beach for a swim.

Only thing is that the road was busy at night. But its a busy place in high summer!

Owner was very friendly and location was good! Recommended for a quick stay in Pucon :)

The owner was super sweet and helpful, he let me in sooner than official time of check-in so I could leave my things there and go to the city. But I called on the number that is on the door not the one that is on Booking. The house and garden are beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is amazing, room was very nice, hot water working well. The location is also good!

It's really close to the road so during the day it can be loudy and also because of the barking dogs but I didnt have any problems to sleep as I always have earplugs when travelling and during the day you are usually out :)

Room had a private bathroom and we were able to cook meals.

The room was right by the street. You could hear everything and constant dogs barking and lights shining in even with curtains at all hours of the night. A little expensive for what it was.

Very spacious hostal and room. Everything is super clean. The owner is friendly and always willing to help, he responds to messages immediately. The hostal is close to the city centre (5min walk) and next to a big supermarket which is great! Would recommend!

The hostal is next to a quite busy road but it didnt bother us.

Very comfortable and quite well-equipped hostel, with fantastically helpful and friendly staff. Close to shops and restaurants and only 5-minutes walk from the town centre.
