This is a great place to stay when in Pucón.The location is perfect-in the centre.The staff are friendly and helpful and in this regard I want to mention Ingrid-helpful and welcoming....My room was clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was top class.....Worth returning to....Top marks

Not the property's fault, but the neighbours' dogs barking at all hours of the night.

Everything! Perfect location. On a quiet street just off the main town road, easy walking distance to everything. Great breakfast buffet with cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, fruit, etc. Kitchen facilities sufficient to cook a simple meal, and fridges to store your fresh stuff. Fast WiFi, comfortable bed, nice lighting in bedroom. Shower pressure could be better but there was always hot water. Staff went above and beyond multiple times. Checked me in right away when I arrived at 9am from the overnight bus, stored my bags after checkout while I went hunting for a hire car, and left breakfast out for me the morning I had to get up at 5am to climb the volcano. I'll definitely return!

Nice hostel at very good location. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had twice a very early check-in and could also leave our baggage in storage. Breakfast was very good (with eggs, fresh fruit etc).

It's in a perfect spot for enjoying Pucon, the owner was very kind and helpful. Henry gave us a great orientation upon arrival and was around every morning at breakfast (nice buffet) to offer assistance and advice. Even took care of our laundry for us. Although the room was not large, it was comfortable with a nice bed and enough shelves and counter-space that we could keep ourselves organized.

Best Hostal throughout our one month of travelling South America. Very cosy, warm and comfortable room, with beautiful timber interiors. Communal kitchen to keep and prepare food. Lots of options for breakfast with perfect scrambled eggs. Thank you to Henry for all his help and recommendations on tour companies and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

This guesthouse was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was quiet but centrally located close to the bus station which was very handy for us as we were traveling by bus. The family who run it are very nice.

The rooms were a bit cramped and the single room had no window.

We arrived very early on our first day after travelling overnight and were able to check-in immediately and take a shower. The hostal is spotless with fresh towels provided daily. The location is great, in the middle of town in a quiet street. The breakfast was good. It was very good value.

This is one of the best places to stay in Chile. The room was great, the cooking facilities were excellent for self-catering, the wifi was fast, the breakfast was substantial, and, best of all, the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. I will definitely go back.

it might be good that housekeeping uses a cap or hair net to avoid hair loss, i.e., to prevent that guests find hairs in the bathroom and bedroom.

The location is very convenient, close to bus stations and to lots of restaurants. Despite the central location, it was quite peaceful. The management were very friendly and helpful, for example making arrangements to leave some breakfast out for me when I had to make a very early start to climb a volcano. Henry worked really hard to find me a transfer to Temuco airport. Very much appreciated!
