Staff/hosts were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Great location and comfortable accommodation. Pucón had a power outage during my stay (due to high winds) and the staff kindly upgraded me to another room that had electricity and warm water.

Nothing, everything was great. Potentially it would have been good to have a generator when the power outage was happening.

It wasn't properly cleaned, there was lots of dirt on doors, spider web around the place, hair on the floor and sheets

No light on the stairs, weak Wi-Fi signal.

Friendly and helpful staff, well equipped rooms. The bed was too comfy, I didn’t want to get out in the morning! Loved it, would 100% stay again.

Amenities were complete! the containers are brand new and very well adapted! all services working perfectly!

More care, on the part of some adults, not to drink alcohol publicly, this being a turnoff when travelling with a family.

Location and staff

Bed area had no ventilation or light. The fan was extremely noisy and unstable so couldn't use at night other guests played loud music and were partying until 3am all nights of our stay

The location was great and the room served it’s purpose.

The staff was very nice but couldn’t help much and didn’t know how to answer basic questions. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and the towels were folded moist and smelt. The exchange rate was unclear and the price was not the same as indicated on the booking website. The parking situation was very tight and there were no clearly indicated parking spots. The room was not the same as the one on the pictures and ended up being much smaller and darker, terrasse is an overstatement for what we got. The value for money was not given at all.

We were in a small bungalow under a cherry tree with plenty of trees around.

The internet in our bungalow was unstable and extremely slow - only ~8Mbs. This is not enough for a video call or to open some websites. The internet in the reception is good but again not ideal for video calls due to the noise. In addition to the lack of internet in our bungalow and the extremely small kitchen (almost unusable), it was really noisy because there were some construction work and rubbish cleaning going on .

Great studio/apartment in a stunning location with views of the volcano

The location of the property was down a quiet street but close enough to walk into town. It felt safe and secure. The studio room was spacious and had everything you could need in the kitchenette. We appreciated the heater for the room, the hairdryer and the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and informative.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and booked 2 extra nights. Very comfy place, own barhroom and small kitchen, lovely apartments.

The apartment was super clean. Really hot showers and a short walk to the town. Big supermarket nearby which was great. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Towels provided and bed really comfy

We arrived at 7am and has to wait for 20 mins before getting let in. Fridge has been turned down so was leaking a bit

Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location but within a short walk of the centre of Pucon. Lovely shower with proper doors not curtains!

We knew from the photos that the ceiling sloped but we hadn't appreciated that it restricted movement as much as it did. On a sunny day the room was hot and stuffy but the efficient air conditioning soon resolved that. The metal bar stools were OK to sit on for breakfast or for a snack but not for too long.

Nice location to get in the center. Not really expensive

It's stupid to display a price in dollars and then add TVA if you want to pay in pesos. The hotel really wants you to pay in dollars... Put the Real price on Booking will be cleverer because your client Can have a Bad experience.

The owner was very friendly and helpful!! Location is great near the center !! Parking outside the hostel! The renovated rooms are amazing !!
