Fernando was very nice and provided a snack, because we had to leave early to go to a penguin tour. There was free parking in front of the house.

Arturo was a gracious attentive host. The hostal is located within a quiet neighborhood that is a short walking distance from the city center.

gated, secure location. off street parking. staff provided “snack” to go for early am penguin and/or whale tours. Lovely breakfast. Responsive and attentive staff.

unfortunately, the vets office is across the street and there are sometimes dogs being boarded there that bark all night. If your window remains closed, this is not a problem.

Arturo and his family were great hosts. Breakfast was great and he even gave us a snack when we had to leave too early for breakfast. Recommendations for places to eat in Punta Arenas were perfect. Loved the location and the view.

Our room (on an angle) had a superb view of the incoming boats which was very interesting. It is situated up a hill so real birds’ eye look. Modern room. Great shower. Lovely relaxing room for reading a book/taking in the view. Usual breakfast served with a smile. Nice staff though no English. Would stay here again. Parking outside but off the road. Not far to walk into town. Very good value.

Carry luggage upstairs (no lift) but then it’s not a hotel. Locked gate with a key that is a bit tricky.

There was no baby cot, but the owner immediately arranged a baby chair for breakfast, very kind!

Nice, clean and very comfortable hotel. Nicely designed. Hospitable staff. Very good breakfast. Good location within minutes from the downtown and all attractions.

Arturo is a wonderful host and we were very pleased to be able to arrange for same-day laundry from the staff at the hostal. We had booked the room with the view of the water, and the view was indeed wonderful. We were also right next to a big shared sitting room, which we used a lot. Since we were up the hill from the downtown area, we walked down and taxied back up -- both convenient and inexpensive.

The room, while elegant and new, was very small, with limited space to unpack.

The Host was amazing, he helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable The room was clean and quiet with a wonderful view. He prepares for us a breakfast bag as we left the hotel very early. Highly recommended with amazing price/ quality ratio.

Arturo, the host, is incredibly kind and accommodating. Nice room with a view and comfy shared spaces. Great breakfast. Arturo set us up with e-bike rentals that allowed us to use the big bike path along the ocean.

Very clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Arturo the host was extremely helpful and accommodating, even prepared us some snacks the night before in lieu of the breakfast as we were leaving very early for an excursion.

Was a little further from the city centre but was still walkable and not a big deal for us.

Fabulous view. Lovely and warm. Owner provided us with snacks to take when we had to leave at 6am to see the penguins. Great shower.

Breakfast starts at 8.30 so we had to miss it to catch a ferry.

Lovely staff went out of thier way to make a very late check in manageable and the breakfast was excellent.

would have liked a double bed not twins but i think that was just related to limited availability
