The staff is super friendly, collaborative and professional. The facilities are in perfect quality despite being deserted. The place is super well located if you do tours that leave you in Caracoles Street. Bar food is excellent and well priced

There were just two things I could think of - the room is rather dark and could do with a bit more light and my room got quite a bit of noise from the bar and the cleaner‘s closet next to it. I recommend to bring earplugs. Other than that it was the perfect place to stay in San Pedro and I can absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful, cosy double room with private bathroom, very nice and helpful staff, great location in the middle of the town. Welcome extra: heater and electric blankets on top of the mattresses. Fantastic breakfast included.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff at Hostal Copart are truly amazing — kind, helpful, and they went above and beyond by heating water every night for my hot water bottle (yes, really!). The vibe is just perfect, especially thanks to Roots, the cozy coffee shop inside the hostel. Great coffee, delicious breakfast, and the best part? Sipping your morning brew while jazz music plays in the background. Pure pleasure. I absolutely loved my stay here — if I could give 6 stars, I would. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Copart Hostal! The vibe was great, the rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. They also have a cute café and a cozy terrace that’s perfect for relaxing or enjoying a coffee. And the breakfast? Absolutely royal and super filling — the perfect start to the day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The rooms are very tiny, so would not recommend if you have a lot of stuff. The hostel is attached to a restaurant so prepare for noise throughout the day and night. I wish there was a kitchen.

I love how it is right in the center. The beds are comfortable and there is a water dispenser, which I appreciated so much! The staff are also very friendly.

There was loud music and very bright light coming inside the room until very late at night, and we couldn’t sleep and had to ask the staff to help sort it out.

Though I only stayed there 1 night it was nice, the common area wasn’t big but sufficed chilling, and you can hang your stuff to dry outside. Their cafe/restaurant was also good. Staff was nice to check me in earlier so I can get rest after not feeling well.

I think that single beds are a bit off in the dormitory room, and in general, having curtains on the beds would provide more privacy. I think it’s the situation with all the accommodation in town, but after dark it gets pretty cold. Sleeping was ok because of the nice blankets but if you’re not under them, you will be cold.

The hostel is right in the middle of the town, so the location is great. WiFi worked great, in the bedroom and in the common areas. The staff was really nice, they even helped me find the charge that I’ve forgotten in my room during check out. The rooms and bathrooms were really, really clean. Towel included in the price, sockets next to the bed, as well as the locker. I haven’t tried, but the food in their restaurant looked really good. Nice open-air common area.

The rooms could have better ventilation or bigger fans. The lockers were too small for my backpack. I wished the beds had curtains for some privacy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi was decent, beds very comfortable and rooms not crowded. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was great too, the hostel is attached to a popular breakfast/lunch restaurant. They leave out a packed snack for all the people heading out on a tour before breakfast starts.Toilets and showers were good except I had no hot water in the shower, not sure if it was just that morning. Only thing is theres no kitchen area except an outdoor fridge, and the hangout area is quite small. Hairdryers easily available, no towels included.

The room that I was in could use a curtain. There was no way to control light through the open window. The place is also about 10 minutes from the awesome Santiago subway system.

This place was of nice quality! The dog, Carmenita was a beautiful sweetie! The place and neighborhood were pretty cool. The shower was good. The wifi, bed, room, and TV were good. Juan Carlos was awesome! His attention to detail was great, and he has manicured and excellent atmosphere on his property.

We were charged tax even though we are not residents of Chile. We were told that if we were paying in cash we are liable for tax. But that frankly doesn't make sense. Either we are residents or we are not. This didn't stop us from enjoying our stay though.

The hotel was in the middle of San Pedro de Atacama. Very chilled place with a nice vibe. Staff was good and the facilities were excellent.

no towel wasn't clear to me in the description that towel is not included could be mentioned - or be included for the price of a hostal room is a bit small, but pleasant upper bunkbed has NO storage place or some shelf, where you can lay your book, glasses etc all lower beds have quite bid night stands - which is good of course some hanging shelf could be a solution and an easier ladder to climb

nice staff, nice place, nice vibe, nice cafe great location! I rented a bed in female dorm of 4 beds, in this room is 1 bunkbed (upper and down) and 2 SINGLE beds so I had asked for a bed downstairs! because I am over 55 years old and had a physical issue at that time they gave me an upper bed - quite high, not at all easy to climb nobody had even noticed my request and the women who arrived earlier in the day just took the available beds and single beds of course breakfast is nice! Overall vibe is very nice staff helped me to get a taxi and called around until he was there thank you!

Extremely friendly staff, everybody was speaking english so it was easy to communicate! Great breakfast, they can pack it for you if you have an early trip. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Clean bathrooms!
