We would have loved to have some outdoor space but it is limited, perhaps some benches in the outdoor corridor would be a good addition so you can enjoy the heat in the shade!

Our room was comfortable and clean, with cleaning services offered each morning. The kitchen was large and pleasant so we enjoyed cooking for ourselves there. The hostel staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Everything about my stay at Casa Flores was perfect. Lovely staff, well kept, comfortable room and just the perfect distance to be within range of the centre of activities but far enough away to be quiet and out of the hubbub. Close to the bus terminal and some great food and amenities within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended 👌

Unfortunately we don't speak Spanish, so communication was difficult.

Lovely clean hostel with sunny shared kitchen/dining, including fridge, stove, kettles and coffee. Easy walk with luggage down to the bus station.

Beds are a little soft. A little cold in winter since no heating.

Otilla and her family, who are the house keeper and reception in one, was incredibly helpful and diligent. She even contacted the landlord at 11pm in the winter cold to try to get us hot water when the gas ran out.

We loved our stay at Casa Flores. The bedroom was really cosy and comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We loved relaxing in the courtyard after a tour!

Heat was really bad at times.

Good value for area. No ac like most of the hostels in area, so summer would be awful. I went in fall and it was just bearable but I opened the doors and windows at night to let out the hot air

It gets very hot and the fan sometimes wouldn’t quite get cool enough. Especially if you’re in the room in the day after an early tour. Otherwise no complaints

It was all great and good value for money in this expensive town. Nb the name is a bit misleading as there are no gardens, but there is a patio area to dry clothes very quickly ( in Feb).

Quiet location and an easy walk to main excursion agencies, bus station, restaurants, cafes and the square. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Secure. Spacious kitchen dining area with two big fridges for keeping food cool. Water dispenser. Friendly staff.

9 for bad WiFi. Ended up mostly using 4g instead. Fix the WiFi and it'd be a 10.

Loved my week here. Room was great. Bigger than most places. Comfortable bed, nice lighting, and completely dark at night. It gets hot in the summer but there's a fan. By far the best equipped kitchen of anywhere I've stayed in 6 months travelling, and the staff keep it immaculately clean. Free tea, coffee, and a big 20L barrel of water to fill your bottle from. Location is perfect. Only 5 minutes walk to Caracoles but far enough to be away from the noise at night. Easy walk to the bus station. I could have stayed here forever.

Nothing- we loved it.

Location was excellent - short walk to Main Street, but not on it so quiet at night. The lady that runs it does exceptional job at keeping everything clean. Our room was cleaned daily and the kitchen was the cleanest and best equipped we stayed in. Drinking water freely available - which was much appreciated in the desert.
