The room was a bit small and the shower stall had curtains.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Patricia helped a lot with information to our last minute visit to the Magdalena Island. The hostel is very comfortable and clean. It is also located close to the city center and a walking distance from most of the relevant places.

Room very small and the street looks a little bit dodgy....not an issue as Punta Arenas is safe but that's the first impression you get

My room was on the first floor next to an ally, and I could smell garbage apparently stored there. Also, the shower stall and curtain had visible mildew. Since it is a hostal, I was not suprised to hear snoring from a nearby room.

The staff was welcoming, and the cozy room featured a very comfortable bed. For guests planning travel by bus, it is 1 block from the Bus Fernandez station. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurant district.

It's tucked away and can be hard to find. The location is ok. ~10 minute walk from Bus Sur station, but there's not much around it.

Reception was very nice. Gave us cups for water without even asking. Not much of an area for cooking FYI. There is a fridge though. Private room with private bath. The bath is huge!! And nicer than I expected. Towels provided. There was also a small closet area in our room. The breakfast set up was great!! We got asked what time we wanted breakfast and fruit / juice was set up at the table when we came down. There were also eggs or ham cheese sandwich offered. Reception does close at 11pm (23:00) but they messaged and asked when we would be arriving. Free luggage storage also. Would definitely recommend and stay again .

Friendly staff accommodated us with a late check-in and prepared a box lunch to go since we had an early checkout. Rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Clean, welcoming hostel. We had a private queen room. Breakfast was nice, and when we left earlier than breakfast they made us a box lunch (ham/cheese sandwich, granola bar, juice). Staff was all very friendly. Distance is walkable, but not "right in the middle" but you can get most places within 15 min walk.

Not enough space to open our suitcases in the room so it was a tight squeeze to pack and unpack.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy feel. A short walk from the bus sur and buses Fernández terminals. A quiet location where we felt safe and well cared for by the staff. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

The fail of wifi.

The wifi fails on the first stay, but on the second it worked well. Comfortable room, good bathroom and Netflix, Youtube. Breakfast is simple but complete. Shopping and dining on foot.

Room was hot and window opened into a driveway so was noisy with people coming in to park at night however once they were all in it was quiet.

Location was good. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The size of breakfast could be a bit larger and offer milk - a small thing, overall wonderful stay.

The receptionist, Karen (apologies if wrong spelling) was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping us book a taxi. The shower and bed were comfortable. The place was clean and well decorated. Secure place.

Everything was great! Good breakfast, comfortable bed and room, location very close to the city center, the staff is really nice… very good experience. It’s a very walkable city, but if you want to even shorten your arrival time, Buses Fernandez terminal is “just around the corner”, while the other ones are 10+ minutes walk. Or of course, a quick taxi or Uber.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a good value for the price. The shower especially was amazing after having such low water pressure in Puerto Natales.
