Reviews of Hostal B&B Coastal Natales

The accomodation is perfect for those wanting to rest their weary legs after trekking. I had a single room and then upgraded my room to stay another week, both were very warm each with their own heater and window for fresh air, comfy warm beds. The double room had a TV with Netflix. The bathrooms have hot water (as hot as you’d like), and also have towel heaters. The kitchen is very well equipped, where I cooked most dinners for my 1 week stay, with hot water and filtered water on tap. The location is perfect, a quick 5 min walk to the city centre, but far enough out of town in a quiet neighbourhood for rest. The beach is 1 min walk from the accomodation where you can take a nice walk and enjoy the view of the mountains. The team are very kind and helpful, and I felt very safe and secure for the duration of my stay. Very good value for money, I couldn’t recommend this accomodation any higher, thank you Maria!

Ms. Maria is friendly host. She doesn't speak English but I find it not difficult to communicate with her using google translate. Room is clean and tidy and the value is great. Breakfast is extra with a small fee but it's very tasty and convenient.

Just Spanish. Did not understand meaning of writing in my bathroom - to keep it tidy - to leave it clean for other guests.

No common area to meet others staying at the hostel. Stairway is kinda narrow. The heat was left on high but I noticed many places do that.

Space on the top bunk bed is a little less and you’ll feel cramped

The only thing I would say is that I thought breakfast was included as advertised but when we got there she said she wasn’t “currently” serving breakfast. Other than that amazing hostel!

I loved everything about Coastal Natales.My room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent.The location was very good-a short walk to Plaza de Armas.Guests have the use of the kitchen and free coffee/tea are always available...What really made my stay so enjoyable were the staff.I want to thank Maria José and her Mom Maria....Two of the nicest people I have met since I came to 🇨🇱 Chile...They booked an excellent tour for me of Torres del Paine...It was superb...Coastal Natales is the perfect place to stay when in Puerto Natales....Worth returning to....10 out of 10.

Location was outside the main part of town which I liked. Shared bathrooms were clean. Breakfast had a great variety. Contacting the host was very easy!

You can easily hear other people, but that is to be expected when staying at a hostel.

Loved staying at this simple B&B. Walking distance to the town and the owner was lovely and friendly, allowing us to store our bags while we hiked in Torres del Paine park. Good value for money, would recommend!

After the checkout at 10:00 am I wasn’t allowed to stay in the common area while waiting for my bus

Shower, good wifi.

Nylon matress cover meant fitted sheets slid off each night and I woke wrapped in them.

It is not in the center of town so it’s not loud outside. It’s very clean and easy to manage.

like many places in Chile it's as if there were no walls, very loud you can hear everything in the house. there's a curfew that apparently nobody cares about, considering people started coming back after it and behaving like there were alone in the house. one person was on the phone in the corridor in front of my door at midnight. just putting signs sometimes isn't enough

The location is super close to restaurants and shopping, the host is super kind and reliable. The breakfast was good. Really great value when in town for a good nights rest.
