Breakfast was a little sparse and repetitive, consisting of warmed rolls, jam, cheese and ham. A selection of juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs would have been nice. A small point from someone that likes breakfast!

I stayed 3 nights in total on 3 separate occasions as I departed and returned from treks. I wanted accommodation close to the bus terminus; it is a 5 minute walk away. It had a homely feel, with sofas in the hallway to relax on, and was always snug and warm. A kettle in the breakfast area was available to make hot drinks. I appreciated being able to leave my spare kit, food and bag whilst away trekking. Although little English was spoken by the owner, we communicated fine using Google translate, and I always found him very welcoming and hospitable.

Location good for the bus station. Nice little place to stay for a short stop over, walking distance from the centre and short walk to the bus station. Pedro was very friendly. We left too early for breakfast.

Very close to the bus station. Extremely flexible and convenient. Don Pedro was very helpful and friendly. He even dropped us off at the airport for a very minimal fee. Family owned business with clean rooms and good breakfast.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pedro also offers taxi service to the airport. Two blocks from the bus station that takes you to Torres del Paine National Park. Amazing value. We would come back.

Don Pedro was extremely helpful. He picked us up from the airport and our room was incredibly clean, smelled wonderful and the shower pressure was AMAZING! Better than most hotels and Airbnbs I stay at in the states. Breakfast in the morning was great and we were able to leave our bags after checkout before we had to catch our bus later in the day. Absolutely excellent. I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is very minimalistic, but that's been the case everywhere in Chile. Hairdryer, weirdly enough, does not work with Chilean power plugs and requires an adaptor (from European).

Location was great as it was near the bus staty, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet at night for light sleepers. Heating worked, bed was firm and there was hot shower and the water pressure was good. The owner was friendly and kind too.

No towels provided (I think they do with a fee). Shower is a bit old. Still, would stay here again as the location to the bus station is great.

Super close to the bus station so very convenient to walk to with your luggage. The town is small so easy to walk into town from here. Free private parking. Host was very friendly and helpful. Came to help us with the heater which we didn’t know how to work even though it was past 9pm.

The location is 4 minutes away from bus station. The place is safe and clean. The family own hostel is very nice and friendly . Even though they don’t speak English but they will give any help if they can. The only draw back is if you are not Spanish to get communication more easy. We can borrow property bike to ride to the town center and get around which is 15 mins away for walking.
