There isn't a variety of things you can order at the Lodge's restaurant, but at least there's something to eat without leaving the property. It was a bit difficult for us to find the place, especially when you're arriving late. We received detailed instructions, however, you need to pay attention while driving since the sign for the place is not easily recognisable and Google maps is not leading to the right place.

Entre Volcanes Lodge was a good choice for our stay in Ensenada. Depending on which side of the property you are, you can see one of the three volcanoes. It is amazing to see this giants emerge from the fog! There are also cozy tables and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee or tea in the garden. You can book a sauna or a massage at the property but we didn't try these. The staff was really friendly and helped us choose where to go and what to see around Osorno Volcano.

This lodge is a real gem. The whole lodge is beautifully decorated, the garden is really lovely and the owners are extremely friendly. You get homemade jam and cakes for breakfast. The room was big, so was the bathroom. Everything is spotless clean. The lodge is new and we felt like home immediately.

Beautiful, comfortable, contemporary accommodations. It’s owned by a lovely young couple and you can tell they take pride in their property and making sure their guests are happy. Breakfast was delicious and included homemade cake, homemade jam and fresh baked rolls. Great location with close proximity to the National Park, right across the street from the lake and fabulous views of Osorno volcano just steps outside the door.

Fantastic property in a peaceful oasis. I arrived very late and the owner was very helpful. Excellent comminication throughout. The breakfast is lovely and the attention to detail in the property to a high standard. My only regret is I could not stay longer to make use of the property. Well done!

There are bollards in middle of road which make it difficult to turn in and out from certain directions. The main road markings make life rather confusing. I would liked a glass/cup.

Very modern and tasteful. Quiet with tantalising view of Osorno sneaking through trees. The staff were great, with one lady speaking good English and offered very good advice on our travels. Delightful breakfast, with different fresh fruit and kuchen each day. V peaceful. I would stay here again. V close to big attractions.

Great place to stay one night and explore the Osorno Volcano and Saltos del Petrohue. Close to restaurants, gas station, 1hr to Pto Montt. Staff are excellent and so kind and helpful. Amazing views, relaxing place. Breakfast include eggs, fruits, oats, coffee or tea, bread.

Google maps does not take you to the right location. Also the sign where to turn from the main road is small and easy to miss.

This place charges foreign guests the 19% VAT unless you pay in cash dollars. That wasn't explained on check-in. Later when I discovered it, I asked to be refunded. They said I should have known. What I know is that in months of travel throughout Chile, staying in over two dozen hostels and hotels, from small and remote hostels to large international chains, this was the only time I was charged that tax. When I complained they offered to refund it if I emailed them my credit card info, which I declined.

Exceptional facilities with great views of the volcanoes nearby. Room was clean and the shower warm. Location was near the main drag, but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. We had awesome massages with Carmen, best massage I ever had! Well worth it.

Beautiful property. The view of the volcano from the room is amazing. Clean and modern lodge. Nice big windows.

There was nothing wrong with the lodge but all the restaurants closed at 8pm.

The staff were very welcoming on arrival. Both rooms had great views. They were also clean and comfortable. There was a good choice of items for breakfast. Parking was easy outside the lodge and it was a short walk to the lake.

Communication at the desk was a little curt. Example: instead of saying, “no, I’m sorry. We don’t allow a third person to sleep on the floor at an extra cost but we have another room available, she said “No.” and “No.” we got there eventually but it felt unfriendly.
