It was getting quite cold at night when I was in Pucón and I was told by the host, "It's not cold for us". However for a guest yes it was cold. The hostels in Pucón had heaters in the rooms but this place does not. It was not _uncomfortably_ cold but it also wasn't inviting to sit in the cold living room wearing all of my warm clothes. The kitchen is very small and if multiple guests want to cook/eat, you just have to wait. But the eating table is in the living room, so it can be awkward to watch TV, etc while other people are trying to eat right next to you.

Nice property in a neighborhood, comfortable room in the house. Other guests stay in other rooms and share the kitchen, living room. It had all the basics and the friendly, helpful owner/manager lives next door. Very quiet at night. Convenient access to main downtown area of Pucón just a few blocks walking. Supermarkets nearby.

A good budget option in Pucón. Alina the host was really accommodating and easy-going as I kept adding extra nights to my stay! The kitchen is fully equipped and a cosy space to be during bad weather.

In the room was a bad smell. Also some moth were flying around. After days my clothes still smelled bad. It was really loud in the evening, you can hear everything from the garden, kitchen and upstairs every step.

There is no soundproofing, you can hear everything in the next room and from outside. But there is no street noise and at night it is mostly quiet, except for a few barking dogs. The other guests were quiet at night so it was not too bad, but when they talked next door or take a piss I could hear it easy. It's a bit out of town, but Pucon isn't big, it's a 15-minute walk to the centre.

Very nice, uncomplicated hosts with fast, good communication, very clean with daily cleaning of both bathrooms and the kitchen, which was adequately equipped. Wifi worked. The value for money is very good and I would book here again. It was nether hot nor cold inside end of March.

It’s a wooden house so you may hear people coming and going at night. That’s it.

I found the room very comfortable. The host/owner was super nice. The location is good, five meters and you’re on the main road that leads you to the center. Five minutes to the bus terminal. The kitchen has everything you need. Very nice building with a beautiful green garden.

Absolutely loved our stay here -- the hosts are so kind and friendly, very helpful and approachable. Their dog Cookie is an absolute gem and a highlight of our stay. Location is pretty good, about a 10-15 minute walk from the center area. Rooms are comfortable and there is some good storage options in the room. Bathrooms were good. The kitchen is cozy and pretty well equipped. Overall excellent value for money, a beautiful property and comfortable stay. Would 100% stay again!
