Best people, best kitchen with wonderful view, the most comfortable beds, warmest room. Easily one of my fav hostel so far. I feel like being home:) It got my tears when i left.

Felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a hostel. Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

Privacy in shower is a little bit complicated because there is no place in the cubicle to put your clothes.

Been there 2 nights, neat and clean. Stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. Room was essential but had everything you need. Shoutout to the staff for being super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it ! Bus station is a 15 min walk and Main Street with local shops and restaurants is 10 min away.

Great place for a visit in Puerto Natales. Central but quiet location, everything in walking distance. Very helpful staff, speaking Spanish and English. Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, small garden, friendly hostel dog, comfortable bunk beds, easy to get in contact with other guests

Such a friendly and well run hostel. It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! Definitely recommended. Gracias Pedro and Gustav.

Had an excellent stay with Pedro and Gustavo. What exceptional hosts. So helpful. Such good souls. So proactive. Great conversations. The hostel was also really nice to hang out. Kitchen was great. Living room really chill. Met amazing travellers. Also close to centre and bus station. Comfy beds.

Seperate bathrooms for male & females would have been nice & a window in the private room for some natural light also would’ve been a bonus but these are not things that would deter us from staying again!

Super friendly staff, extremely comfy beds, great kitchen facilities and fun house dog called Rocky! Pedro even dropped us to the airport for our flight out which saved the hassle of getting a taxi, a nice touch!

The mixed dorms looked small and busy

The vibe here was great, the kitchen was lovely with some personal and communal food. The bathrooms and bedroom were spotless- the private double room bed was very comfortable. The whole place was well heated. Gustavo our host spoke only spanish and was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. He insisted on showing us the room before hand and showing us the shared spaces. Very much like staying in someone's house.

A little bit far away from the bus station

The room, kitchen, bathroom are all clean and new. Also love the bed, bigger than other hostels! Provides free towels, earplugs , shampoo, coffee, and free lemon juice. The staff is so friendly, the lady drove me to the bus station, and say hello to Harper!

Hostel (with the exception of the bathroom) was dirty with food left out and generally not clean. Apparently the staff does not enforce cleanliness nor clean often.

No hooks or shelves in the shower; also the “ceiling” of “first floor” bed in dorm is very low, so mind your head😅

It’s a warm and cozy place in the heart of Patagonia:) Only fifteen minutes walk from the bus station, ten minutes to the airport by taxi. Pedro and his dog are very friendly, Pedro speaks perfect English and always ready to help and to answer all questions. Beds are veeery soft, better than in Four Seasons hotels, it will be very hard to leave this blanket in the morning😅

Room was quite cramped as there were extra mattresses being stored there (these should ideally be removed). Bathrooms could be cleaned more often, kitchen was a bit cluttered. 19% IVA is included when paying by card

15/10 Pedro is the best host I have ever met, he speaks good english. It's not only place to sleep, they can arrange for you all trips to Torres del Paine national park. Help with sim card, buying tickets to park online or any other thing. Highly recommend, bathroom is new after winter renovations and very clean. I hope to come back one day.
