We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe enjoyed our stay here. Lovely big clean comfortable room and bathroom. Great location for walking to Parque Ecuador, Museo, Casa de Arte... nearby buses for Tumbles. Secure parking. The breakfast is also great, a good range of food to choose from, but you need to be patient if it's busy so allow plenty of time 🙂 overall loved it here and would happily come back.

ChileI stayed for 2 nights and both days there was no hot water. The first day it was mildly wars, the second day never got warm at all. The breakfast was chaos and they ran out of food constantly. The first day, I wanted for 20 minutes and wasn't able to have breakfast because they didn't have food, plates or silverware available. I finally had to leave. The hotel clearly is living off it's past glory by charging the high rates they charge. Totally not worth paying a 3-4 star hotel price for service and accomodatioms that are not better than a hostel. At least at a hostel I get hot water to shower.
The location is very good.

United StatesThere is not a true parking garage. They DO NOT have an airport shuttle. Our room was dirty and did not have A/C. We were on the street which is noisy if you need to open a window.
The breakfast was decent. The lobby was nice. The location was central. The staff tried to be accomodating.

ChileThey had a system fail during our stay and the cards to access the rooms did not work so we had to wait constantly for someone to open our rooms. Also the restaurant was not very clean. Finally, we had to complain a couple of times about the noise from the next rooms.
Breakfast was alright but they need to have more options and quantity.

Parking is super good, have lots of space for cars and seagulls on the roof. Breakfast was good and hearty. Location is amazing, you can walk to the city square or to the city mall and river embankment. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Interior is a bit outdated, but very clean and well kept. Great elevator with view inside the building.

GreeceThe bad thing is that this hotel is very old. The room I was in probably hadn't been renovated since the 80s. It was dark, with stains on the walls, electric sockets coming out and loose wires. The breakfast can be characterized mediocre at best.
The location of the hotel is excellent, and the stuff is friendly. In contrast with the rest of the room, the bathroom was at least in a good condition.

CanadaIt would be better if the new management invest in the wifi system to make the perception stronger.
This is a 3 star hotel to us. Excellent. The front office, Ignacio is incredibly good and an asset to the company. He speaks English and serves us very well. The doorman is very nice and helpful that touched us to offer him tip. The breakfast is excellent... many choice more than ABF...you can eat as much too... cake, pudding, yogurt etc. We like the king bed room with city view. The best hotel with best value for it's class...we will be back. Thank you booking.com.
