German is a knowledgeable, entertaining and kind host. He is always available and his staff is super caring. We loved our room up in the house, it felt like we were in a chalet. When we came the weather was not too hot, so we couldn’t enjoy the common areas outdoors, but I wish we could come back for it, it looked very pretty and relaxing. The breakfast was super extensive and you feel pampered the moment you enter the house.

The house is big and really well kept. Very clean and organized. Hosts are super nice and gave us a lot of advice on what to do around the area! Beds are comfy and nice linen. Washroom very clean and well kept. Great location and great breakfast. Common areas very comfy.

Very clean and spacious. Great location - a very short walk to the main street with its shops, coffee shops, a lovely park and the beach and shoreline. I really liked the owner and his son. Very nice, sincere people. Both were very attentive to our needs and very helpful. I liked the general ambiance, the architectural design of the building, as well as the garden. I enjoyed seeing the Villarrica Volcano venting visible clouds 20 kilometers away. (the view from the property is limited, but still nice to see).

I could have used a garderobe in my room as I stayed for over a week. It is important to know in advance that it is cash payment only, but this one is probably on Booking.com, which is not accurate about informations.

The pool is amazing, perfect size for a good swim. The beautiful building is very close to the center and bus terminals, cosy rooms, view of Volcano Villarrica, with love prepared personalised breakfast, helpful staff, they provide even lactose free products if you ask for it and serve breakfast in your room.

We booked in advance, arrived late, and got forced to switch rooms the next morning under threat of eviction because they suddenly needed the room for someone else. The room was noisy and despite their website stating they accept Visa, they threatened to call the police if we didn't pay in cash. Seriously, steer clear of this place if you can. Look for alternatives! Host were extremely unpleasant and rude.

The first room we received was average and the host son, who welcomed us, was kind.

The proprietor, German overcharged us and insisted we pay in cash just before we had to leave to catch our bus to Puerto Varas. We were supposed to be charged $81.60 US dollars according to the agreed upon advertised Booking site. Instead German said we owed close to the equivalent of almost $100 US dollars! We had no choice but to pay ($100) in cash. We are owed this difference. This transaction by German was very dishonest. Especially when he knew we had to catch a bus early in the morning.
