Very clean and well appointed apartment. Very comfortable bed. Very beautiful yard and great views of the Rio Pasqua and the Puyuhuapi fiord. The host was very helpful with a recommendation for dinner, which was delicious and a great value. The breakfast was lovely and complete! I will definitely stay there again.

Our room was fantastic, very large and super clean and quiet. We had the top floor with a beautiful view of the fiord. Breakfast was excellent. Our host at check-in was helpful and pleasant. Could not have been happier, highly recommend.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was delicious. It was served by Marisol, the owner, in a little building next to the main house with lovely views. There were eggs, and fruit, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee and tea.

There was not one thing we did not like, except that we only stayed one night.

Marisol has thought of everything you could need in this charming apartment. They even have a washer and dryer so we could do our laundry while there. The deck was a lovely place to have our dinner and a bottle of wine. The breakfast was delicious, with eggs, fresh fruit and real coffee.

Great breakfast cooked by the host. Very gracious and spacious room. Nice strong and hot shower. Quiet location in town. The proprietor was so warm and gracious and cooked a wonderful breakfast.

The department is quite expensive and has a steep staircase, it is difficult to transport the luggage to the first floor. It is a bit difficult to find the apartment

The department is beautiful, well decorated, bright, spacious, with a good bed and Wifi. The host is very friendly, it is well located in Puyuhuapi, breakfast is fine.

Can’t think of a thing!

Fritz and Marisol are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit. We were able to do one load of laundry which was much appreciated. At additional expense, Fritz and his 1st Mate Guillermo took us on a three hour cruise on Fiordo Puyuhuapi to see sea lion colonies.

Extremely comfortable accommodation with spacious living area, well appointed kitchen. Very handy washing and tumble drying facility. We especially liked the breakfast and had a great pack up boxed breakfast on our departure as we had to leave before the normal breakfast time.

Great stay in Puyuhuapi. Generous sized rooms with good bathroom and kitchenette. Friendly host provided advice on where to go for dinner. Breakfast included overlooking the water was great and set us up for the day ahead. Free use of a washing machine which we made use of and really appreciated.

The apartment on the second floor has a great view, but the stairs are definitely not the safest.

Great small apartment with all the facilities you need (including a washing machine and dryer, which were essential to us). The view of the bay from the apartment was great. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Breakfast is good. I would stay here again.

Our back door didn’t quite lock properly. Checkin and finding the room was a little confusing but it all worked out.

Fritz and Marisol were outstanding hosts. Warm, friendly, inviting, and extremely helpful! The apartment was impeccable. It was well designed, with a wonderful kitchen area, very comfortable bed and pillows, an amazing hot shower, a great heater, access to a washing machine, and a wonderful deck. Breakfasts were superb, with fresh eggs, fresh fruit, fresh and delicious bread with options of ham and cheese or jam, and great coffee. My wife and would return here in a heartbeat, and hopefully for a longer stay next time. We highly recommend Departmemto Rossbach!!

I missed a microwave. I couldn't find anything to hang clothes, no hooks for clothes and no closet, kind of weird. The washing machine seems to wash only with cold water.

This is an upscale accommodation that is in very good condition. There is plenty of space for two people. I particularly liked the thoughtfully designed bathroom. The internet is good and the cell phone also gets a connection. A hearty breakfast was included.
