Beautiful views, spacious, clean

Nothing! It’s perfect

The location was great. In a quiet subdivision, but close enough to walk into the main part of town. The room was so comfortable to stay in. But the best part was Ximena and Juan Carlos. They were so welcoming and happy to help with whatever I needed. The meals were wonderfully made as well.

I loved everything - JC and Ximena are some of the best people you will ever meet, very kind and generous but also interesting and fun and you can tell they love to host! The room was very comfortable and has everything you need, and the views from the house are very beautiful. I was also able to do washing which was much appreciated. The location is very walkable to town, but just outside so perfectly quiet with a feeling of being surrounded by nature. They are both fantastic cooks and were kind enough to give me lifts to town when I needed it, and also pick up and drop off from where the airport transfer arrived which was super useful. They even invited me to have dinner in the house with them twice! My stay here really elevated my whole trip in Chile, and I would recommend anyone to come to Pucon and stay at Das Gästehaus. I wish I’d stayed longer!

Of our six weeks in Chile this was one of the highlights. What makes it exceptional are the hosts. J.C.,Ximena and their son Esteban are warm welcoming people. They provide a comortable stay just outside the hub bub of city center. each room is well appointed with ensuite facilities and a balcony. The pool are is clean and a very pleasant space to relax. And the breakfast is great and to my United States palate the best coffee we had on the trip.

The place is great: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated…. But the hospitality of JC and Ximi is outstanding. We originally only booked two nights but ended up staying a week and only stopped because there were other bookings. (Cute dogs!!) If you go to Pucon, you should stay here. No questions.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the highlight of the place are the hosts. They gave us the warmest welcome and tried to make everything as comfortable as possible. They even allowed us to take a shower after the checkout when we returned from our hike. It really feels like they love being the hosts and having guests.

The only downside of the property is the location, not very close to the center but not so bad as it’s only a 5 minutes drive.

We had such a lovely experience staying here. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home and like family. We spent time with them and other guests enjoying drinks and food together. The owners even drove us to town twice and always offered us something to drink when we came home. The location is very peaceful with a great view. Its an easy walk down into town or a 3 minute Uber ride back. The swimming pool is a bonus. Staying here was a treat and so different than just staying at a hotel. You get to know the real people of Chile. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house itself is lovely, but the best part about this stay are Ximena and JC who take hospitality to the next level. They are really invested in getting to know all of their guests and spending quality tine together.

We liked everything.

Never on booking we have faced such a hospitable and beatiful owners. We visited many places, and rarely remember the hotels we stay. But this is place is an exception for sure. Casa is a real home, where you feel free and forget about your busy day and all nerves disappear once your foot stepped into a kitchen (shared room for having fun and good time).
