The hotel is amazing! The staff, like Fabian, Leonardo and Rodrigo are very kind. The view from my room was so beautiful during the mornings,. Internet work fast. Breakfast are very tasteful.

Breakfast was very poor in terms of the selection of fruits, juices, and local flavors. The hotel design is tired (late 1990s US-hotel style), calling for a significant facelift for the price of the rooms.

We had a quiet room overlooking the lake, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious, well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub.

Excellent location and beautiful views from our corner room with views over the lake and of Volcano Osorno . Staff friendly and helpful always happy to fill our water bottles for our walks . Breakfast plentiful .

I liked everything very much, from start to finish! The recommendations of staff of restaurants and activities was “right on” target to our questions! Excellent personal skills, professional and welcoming.

The facility is very well appointed with extra large and very comfortable beds. The breakfast service had a varied and large selection to choose from. The coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos and the pool has an amazing view of Lage Llanquihue and Osorno volcano!

Minor things such as: the card that opens the door did not work four times out of seven days. Housekeeping failed to refill the shampoo container twice and late at night had to call the staff to refill it!

The courtesy of the staff was excellent! The location is excellent! Breakfast was great! The room was big and very comfortable looking at the marvelous lake and volcanoes!

Rooms were a little noisy between the old air conditioning and the water filter. Also the water filter is cumbersome and takes out a great part of the already limited space for toiletries in the bathroom. The QR code for hotel services never worked and we did have issue with the water temperature of the water filter.

Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The only negative was the construction happening on our floor next to us. They should not have put anyone up there but the room itself was great- very spacious.

The hotel is transitioning to new ownership and we had booked a superior room but were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Much to our absolute delight and amazement. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.

The pool was very small and shallow. I wasn’t able to get any exercise in it.

My room with a balcony was spectacular and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Fabrizio, Angela and Cindy.

Everything was perfect. Great view of the lake and volcano from our room. Staff friendly and helpful. Laundry service was faster than promised. Enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We would gladly stay here again.
