Splendid view and location 👌, super services and friendly personnel. We received a breakfast to go when leaving very early for the airport. Cody and good restaurant and bar with lake view! Top hotel!

Extraction in the bathroom, no fan just a vent.

Loved that the room had a kitchenette and fridge. Breakfast was amazing. Location, staff, facilities all great. Wonderful view of the lake.

Breakfast is very poor (no options for gluten tree mean, have to pay extra if you order omelette or fried egg instead of scrumbled egg. Coffee is waterish. Staff are not polite.

The hotel facilities and cabana were excellent. Cabana has an amazing view, very comfortable for a family. Excellent swimming pool.

The gym was small and not especially well equipped, and you can't really get more than a few people in it at a time. The pool was not as big as the pictures make out.

We loved our stay here - the room was so comfortable and spacious and we also had a little living room area in the entrance which we hadn't realised when we booked. The breakfast was impeccable - so much variety and everything was very fresh. Great view from the room across the lake and the location was ideal being only a couple of minutes walk out from the main shops.

This place was excellent. They had thought of every little detail. Incredible view over the lake, comfy bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner. The pool and hot tub was incredible and open late enough for us to be able to make use of it which was exciting. Overall a wonderful experience.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. They’re very spacious and clean. The balcony overlooks the lake and the volcanoes. It is a spectacular view to wake up to every morning. Right outside the door is a cute little playground that our kids (ages 5-9) loved. It’s within walking distance of everything in Puerto Varas. The breakfast has a huge variety.

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like. It really was a great place to stay.

The cabins were great for us as a big family as we could split up into two sections and have a joined shared space. The food was amazing in the restaurant with nice views of the lake and the Osorno volcano is the fog/cloud was cleared. Pool was also nice to have for the kids with the slide.

The lady in the gift shop inside of the hotel was playing videos pretty loudly while we were shopping in it. It did not feel super welcoming. (This is the only negative in the whole stay).

I have been staying at this hotel with my family for years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very nice, the place is beautiful, and unlike most hotels, there not a single bad room in the whole place. PS: Breakfast was fantastic!!

Everything was wonderful!

Excelente location! We stayed in the Eco cabins and they were great! Modern, clean quiet with an excellent view of Lago Llanquihue! Walking distance to great restaurants!

Good points: Location and staff were great. The breakfast was acceptable. Not so good: The room was small and the maids never secured the beds after cleaning, this is very dangerous and could result in injury. Also, the proximity of the toilet to the bathroom door is too close and could result in injury. The hotel is family orientated and the pool was over crowded with families. For this reason, we sadly didn't make use of these facilities.
