We received the apartment at the first floor. It was big, convenient and nice. It was a cold day, and we received warm blankets and the nice host lit the fire for us. Breakfast was okay.

Puyuhuapi is a small town but still, this place is very close to all the important things. The breakfast are great, with home made tarts and bread. They have a kayak that you can borrow at any time. They keep the rooms very clean and are very diligent with everything. For example, they make it super easy to turn on the wood stove whenever it gets cold.

The units were clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and breakfast was lovely. The town is very small but the cabanas were central and walking distance to a great restaurant for dinner.

The hosts were very welcoming and just amazing. Right from the time of arrival, we felt at home and the hospitality was great! The free breakfast was amazing as well, providing coffee, fresh bread, fruits, juice, and Kuchen, and they even cooked eggs to order. All in all, an amazing stay!

Great location in the town, excellent breakfast and Roxanne and her husband were lovely, caring and helpful. Cosy cabin with log fire and comfortable bed. Clothes washing service offered with a 2 night stay too.

Shower a bit dodgy - alternating hot and cold. Bear mind it’s a rustic self-built property, so fairly basic and not exactly oozing aesthetics.

Unfortunately, the shower left much to be desired. The hot water was terribly inconsistent and would go from freezing to hot every 20 seconds or so.

The cabin was clean and well situated in town. The family that runs the property are incredibly sweet and dedicated folks. Roxane makes a stellar breakfast.

Lovely, beautiful, clean and big house with everything you need. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Even though the hostess didn't speak English and we didn't speak Spanish, we were able to communicate very quickly and efficiently with the help of Google Translate. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes.

Great staff. Does laundry when you stay 2 nights or more. Easy walking to entire town. Only negative is local barking dogs at 130am. Breakfast more than we could eat. Took for great lunch snack. Great hot water and fireplace.

Great location. Nicely furnished. The hosts Roxanna and Jorge are wonderful. She made an amazing breakfast. They started a fire for me in the woodburning stove before I returned in the evening. This is my favorite place I've stayed in Chile. I highly recommend staying here.

The lodge was cute and clean and the bed was comfortable. What makes this lodge special is the attention of Roxanna the host. The home made breakfast was the best I had in the region; her apple strudel was better than any I have had in Germany… no kidding

Everything was great

Charming cabanas in the heart of town. Roxana is delightful and very much wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast she prepared was terrific! She was very patient in helping us keep the wood burning heater going.
