Location was okay, but didn’t have a lot of options within walking distance. To be fair, I knew this upon reserving the room, just letting others know that you will need a car. Which we had so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and pretty decent.

Breakfast: close to the ending breakfast time some items such as milk or eggs are not properly replenished. Parking: it happened like 3 times that nobody was responding to the door at the parking entrance. I had to go to the front desk to request to open the door.

Electricity went out and we had to walk down 14 floors with our luggage. Staff not overly welcoming. Hard to access the refrigerator.

There was no detergent or linens to clean the dishes.

The bed was very comfortable, room was sufficiently large, bathroom and shower were great. We ate in the restaurant three nights - good food, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was simple but good - fruits, cereal, yogurts, baked goods, eggs, cold cuts and assorted breads. Included coffee/ tea and juices. We will definitely stay here again.

Very minor - included buffet breakfast had limited options as pastry baskets, hot food and milk were not readily replenished. Clean tables were hard to come by as used plates etc from previous diners were left uncleared.

The room was on a high floor with balconies and wonderful views towards the mountains. There was a spacious kitchenette, dining table and chairs that can easily accommodate a meal in. Free secured parking is available and concierge was always available and friendly.

Guys, you need to work in service, service, and service!! Typically, the reception staff is not really friendly, but when I arrived early in the morning, the receptionist! She had an expression of tiredness and did not even say hi when I arrived. I understand that I arrived quite early, before the check-in time (9:45). Her response when I asked for the check-in was that check-in was at 15:00, so I had to come back later. She did not even ask if I had my luggage to be stored while waiting. Zero empathy, not customer-oriented at all! I went to do my work, and when I returned around 13:00, I asked again if the room was available for check-in. They mentioned that the rooms were still busy. Really? When you know that you have a reservation on the same day, do you provide a late check-out for the same room??? When I had lunch and returned to check in at 15:00, the room was still not ready!! When we entered the room, the floor was still wet, the smell was hard, and the shower had hair on it!! These were just a few of the flaws that made for a poor experience on this visit.

Congrats on the improvement of restaurant service!! It was clearly evident the improvement in the service and food is always great. As a suggestion, work on the dessert selection, that's the only thing pending for 5⭐️

Property clearly is outdated and needs renovations. Heater was not working in the room, blow dryer and phone were also not working. I went down to ask for a blow dryer and they brought up a super nasty blow dryer that was sticky and not useable. Besides breakfast, I highly don’t recommend the restaurant. It has limited vegetarian options and the Thai noodles that I ordered were so salty that they were basically inedible. It tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of soy sauce into it.

Great breakfast buffet, central location, generally provides amenities.

When we first arrived they put us in a nice room with a king size bed. The room had 2 bathrooms and a very nice view of the city. The second day after we got back from visiting the city, not only our keys didn't work, but once we got in the room there was no hot water. It was maybe like 8pm and they suggested the we moved to the room next door. However this room was smaller with a full size bed and one bathroom so I told the receptionist that we didn't want to move, so he gave us the key to that room for us to go there and take showers. They did say that the plumber was called and was going to get there the next day. Fine. Next day comes, and effectively that problem was fixed. Keys didn't work again. 3rd day, I suppose the whole breakfast staff had called out, because the little food that they had put out was old, everything was cold and no coffee. We went out into to city and came back in the early afternoon. Both keys didn't work and once we got in the room, the was no power. There was no power on that entire floor, so this time we had to change rooms and they placed us to the smaller one. It's really hard to go from king to full, so that wasn't nice. Everyday we were there our keys wouldn't work, which meant that after realizing that the keys didn't open the door one of us would have to go down to the reception, wait for them, and then getting it replaced. The night before we left my husband had a craving for a snack and took a small pringles chips from the mini bar, the next day at checkout the manager was very quick to try to charge me for this. And yea, it was stated that they were not for free, but after all we had to endure in this hotel, I mean, either gives us discount or forgive the charge for the chips. I brought this to his attention and he didn't charge. However he seemed clueless of how discomforting our staying was based on what I mentioned above.

The breakfast buffet was nice and had varieties of chilean food. I appreciated that.
