A very nice little hotel close to the heart of Concepcion. The staff were so nice, they didn’t speak a lot of English but always tired and made me feel welcome. Having breakfast delivered to your room every morning was very nice! Definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff didn’t speak English, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good location. But if you arrrive late at night, you will need to make prior arrangements to make sure, they know you are coming late at night.

The location was great 10 minutes to the park university hospital shopping tourist attractions breakfast was fine coffee yogurt toast with ham & cheese butter jam but no eggs & served to your room highly recommend

The location was convenient for visiting the university. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was simple and good.

My room was right next to reception and the walls were thin. I could hear every word plus the sounds of her phone the entire time.

The breakfast is nothing special

I love the people that work there. The breakfast is served obviously in the morning. But I had to leave for a meeting before the breakfast started. I was touched because I got my breakfast when I came back in the evening ❤ Also the location is close to the centre and to the University de Concepción, the place I needed to visit. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

All was good and working as expected, breakfast served in the room exactly on time for when asked even at 7 am, friendly staff. Recommendable, good value for price.

Available heating, big and comfortable bed and served breakfast

It was nice to have breakfast. Others had said it would be small but I was just glad to have a quick bite before we left for the airport. It was nice to have it brought to the room as well. The parking was secure but is up the road a block.

The bathroom was pretty problematic. The toilet flush chain was broken and had been held together with a few paperclips. My dad hooked it back together but then the toilet overflowed. And the shower door didn't shut all the way so the bathroom got very wet. Because of all the moisture, the bathroom was very damp and moldy.

Good central location. Flexible entry and left luggage arrangements. Reception manned most of the day. Friendly staff.

Very basic decoration, a little bit of attention to detail would make a huge difference.
