Rooms look old and there's noisy ventilation in the bathroom everytime you switch on the light. It is good for no more than one night. Staff is not particularly welcoming.

Easy-to-reach hotel in Puerto Montt, at walking distance from the bus terminal. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is full of options and can be done with a beautiful view. Good for one night.

The traffic all night was noisy & constant. We didn’t realise it was a major road. We didn’t sleep so well.

We only stayed overnight. It’s not too far from the bus terminal, though all uphill. It was small though ample for us as a short stay. It was clean & the staff helpful & friendly. We left at 6:30am so we did not have the breakfast.

The morning desk staff was unhelpful/ unfriendly - we were waiting downstairs for breakfast at 7am before our taxi to the airport and didn’t realise it was on the top floor.

Street noise but you're in the city. Bathroom was a little musty but not bad. There isn't much air flow in there.

Good location. Staff were very friendly. Older style hotel and dated but everything works. 6 floors of rooms plus 7th/top floor with breakfast area. Breakfast from 7 - 10 juice, fresh coffee, fruit, real yogurt, cereal, toast, jam, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs and pastry. Stored my bags in the morning until I could pick up a car rental.

The twin rooms are extremely small. The first room we were given would be acceptable for only one person, and was smaller than stated in the description. On request, we were given a slightly larger one. The rooms/bathrooms are in need of renovation. When you closed the curtains on one side, they left a gap on the other, letting the light in. We found the hotel expensive for what you get.

Good location about 10-15' walk or 3-minute drive from the city centre.The staff are very friendly, especially the ladies working in the breakfast room, which is on the top floor and has a good view. The hotel provides a good continental breakfast, with fresh fruit and eggs as well as the usual things. There are several places to eat nearby.

The location of the hotel was good enough for our overnight stay. Staff were friendly and polite, the rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. WiFi worked well enough and an elevator to the 6th floor helped with baggage

Liked everything. Just be aware that there is a bit of a climb from bus station to hotel (but well worth it).

Location very close to bus station and old port area. Good breakfast in room with great views. All comfortable and working well, big windows so lots of light. Reception open 24 hours.

The room and bathroom was quite dated and there was a musty smell but it didn't affect our stay overall.

Very affordable option in the city for our overnight stay before transiting to Osorno. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and held our luggage for the day at no extra charge while we explored before leaving on our bus in the evening. A simple breakfast was included in the price which filled us up nicely.
