Breakfast could have been better. It is located close to the beach but far from the center of town. You probably want a car if you stay here.

Pretty little hotel with a nice courtyard and rooftop breakfast room with a view. There is hot water. The price was excellent for what it offered. There is a large mall in walking distance.

The place was mostly clean but they forgot to remove the previous occupants soap. It's impossible to shower without making the bathroom pretty wet.

We paid 29000 clp, which is a fair price compared to other places we've seen in Chile. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good. Beds comfy and shower hot. Location is close to the beach and walking distance from bus terminals.

The shower didn't get really warm, but it was acceptabele and I was used to it as many hotels and hostels in Chile don't have really warm water.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They have a good breakfast on a wonderful roof terrace, considering the price I paid for my stay. It has good internet and is close to the beach and shopping centre.

Hot water wasn't available when we wanted it.

Just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Comfy bed. Very helpful night porter let us check in very early at 4 a.m. for a nominal extra charge. Rooftop patio breakfast was good.

- Overcharged - Dreadful location in the middle of nowhere, no access to the beach - Terrible breakfast with bread that must have been a week old - Unbelievably rude staff. I was shouted at in the morning by receptionist when packing my motorbike up, as agreed the night before with the owner. The receptionist then shut off access to the bike and told me to walk around the block to access it. Still shocked at how bad this place was.

Staff were great, gave us really helpful advice for our onwards journey. Also we had to leave before breakfast time, and they very kindly packaged our breakfast for us to take on the road! Basic facilities, but everything you need for the price. Clean and comfortable. Really good location, close to the mall with good restaurants.

You claim it is near the beach. It might be in close proximity to the sea but it is knowhere near an accessible beach.

The hotel's location is next to a busy street so it was pretty noisy during the night. We wanted to have opened windows as it was hot but we couldn't because of the noise. Also, the streetlights were quite problematic as it was shining through the windows while you were sleeping. There is no kitchen in the hotel and it is not allowed to eat in the room.

The breakfast was delicious, you could choose from many options. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with a view. The room was clean.

The location was not convenient to the beach. You have to cross a busy 4 lane road where cars do not always stop for people in the crosswalk, then go down 30-40 stairs to find yourself a good walk to maintained part of the beach. The pictures and map in the listing made it look much closer.

The rooftop terrace was nice.
