It’s a little for from the centra but walkable in about 20 mins. One night I was exhausted and got an Uber for 2000 pesos

Reviews state it is dated but it is clean, spacious, staff present should you need anything and a good breakfast. Breakfast consisted of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cake, eggs and a selection of drinks. Good value for money in puerto Natales

There was still hair here and there on the floor and in the shower which says it could be cleaned better. Other than that a solid stay.

Close to the bus station. I needed a place at short notice and they had availability. Nice size room. Had everything I needed after 4 days hiking - bed and shower in a private room.

If breakfast starts at 6, the guests expect to see everything ready by then, not 6:20

Walls are very thin - you can hear everything from the next room as well as corridors. The locking system of the room door was a bit shady as well, didn't feel comfortable with leaving my valuables in the room. The breakfast was nothing special - got some eggs and dry bread, very bad tea.

Calm area, close to the bus station, very friendly, helpful and flexible staff! I got sick and evacuated from the Torres national park and spent my sick days here - the staff was very helpful and caring during this time, thanks a lot! There is a sweet little bakery in the same building. The staff there was very friendly and flexible as well - I ordered a custom smoothie for my sick days.

It was a a little further out of town.

Has an ok breakfast and the on site restaurant is useful. Staff were very friendly. Stayed a few nights so they kept our bags whilst hiking. Shower was good.

Wifi can be patchy, no cooking own meals available at the hostel.

The location was superb. It is close to the bus station, which was necessary for us, and was only a 10 minute walk from the main shopping area of town. The staff were excellent: communicative, friendly, responsive to trying to meet our needs. Breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bread and tea/coffee was an excellent fuel for the day. Allowing us to leave our bikes at the hostal while we went off for a few days was very handy.

Shower was quite difficult to deal Thin walls Tiles on the floor are moving Breakfast - was tasty. However the idea of serving exact number of cheese/ham slices per person is outdated. Plus, would be nice to have normal cutlery - I had to eat scrambled eggs with plastic teaspoon.

Room was sometimes too hot, easy to hear showers in other rooms but we were so exhausted from hikes that it didn’t really affect our sleep! Bring eye masks as no blackout blinds!

It can be noisy in the early morning, hearing people leave as well as in the evening from the restaurant. Just to be aware, but nothing bad that bothered us. Breakfast is very basic, rather fair.

Friendly and warm-hearted accommodation in close walking distance from Puerto Natales bistro terminal. Ideal if you head for trips with early departure dates. Good-value-for money. Warm, clean and nice shower pressure (ideal after a long hiking trip). Basic breakfast included as well as a restaurant and bakery that offers additional food and drinks. If you book a second stay (e.g. prior and after the Torres del Peine national park) they offer free storage of of your luggage.

The bathroom only have simple soap and shampoo( on floor), when the leg is so painful the shampoo on the floor make you a bit difficult.

the best location after the whole day walk in National Park, it just few steps away from bus station. And the staff is so nice to help and i could just put my bags there for the day I was stay inside of park.

It was noisy with people in the restaurant and other guests coming/going late at night and early in the morning.

Very friendly staff, always helpful if you have a problem or question. Private room with bathroom was good, didn’t miss anything. Location is close to the busstation and 15 minute walk from the centrum. Had a lovely stay!
