The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom was tiny, but certainly for the price this was not at all an issue and should not be considered a negative, rather an observation.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Room and hotel overall were very clean. Outstanding value for the money.

parking is difficult inside, but there are are some plots in front of the building to accomodate some cars and spend the night by your own risk.

Very good location and breakfast. it is not luxurious at all, but the relation price/services very convenient. Good to spend a couple of days in Santiago doing shopping.

Every time I had a shower, the bathroom would get flooded… regardless of many attempts to avoid it from happening, the floor would always get completely wet.

Location is great. Staff was nice polite and helpful.

1) I requested a double bed and they set up a 2 single bed bc they "assumed" that me and my partner were friends? 2) toilet had no ventilation at all and no soap in shower. 3) is not a good breakfast, it's food there but not super great as it was in other comments. 4) was no wifi the whole time that we were there

Pillows are very high and not comfortable. Breakfast on weekends start at 8:00am, the tours usually start earlier than that and they can’t offer anything quick for take away if you need, therefore it isn’t good if you are leaving early for a tour. Breakfast option is ok, could be better, nil fresh fruit available. Same options every day.

The team were very friendly. Checkin and check out easy. Quiet neighbourhood.

On the first night my phone rang about 30mins after checking in, I answered then they hung up which I thought was odd. Then the next night it rang at the same time (approx. 8pm) and I didn't answer it. Then 5mins later someone used a swipe key to come into my room. I yelled HEY and they quickly closed the door and ran off. My door was locked and had the privacy tag on the door handle. This was not housekeeping at 8pm at night, they did not knock or anything just came straight into my room. The staff here clearly call to see if you are in your room and then thought I wasn't in there so came in. I went straight to reception to make a complaint but was told not to worry. I was travelling alone and felt so violated and unsafe in this hotel after this.

Maybe pool bigger ..? ...a bit cool too but it's otoño in Chile por supuesto. I wouldn't have changed anything !

The staff; so efficient , helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast was always sufficient for my needs healthy and fresh and accompanied by cheerful friendly staff. Room peaceful and comfortable , even the small cool pool was fine for me....and I saw it myself being cleaned daily !

Amazing vibes, lovely location. Staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast is well equipped and the pool is great. It was quite empty when we stayed there. Hopefully it changes since it’s an amazing choice to stay!

Good location just bear in mind you need to walk a bit to get to the metro. Breakfast is a little bit too basic.. not too many options The room was good, the bathroom a little bit too small for a double room though .,

The staff, is really friendly specially the room service girls who were asking all the time if I needed something Not too many people so it was quiet. good to have a good rest.
