United StatesThe address is on main drag but the entrance is on a side street. It used to be on the main drag. It took me 2 full circles and asking 3 people there where the hotel was. But again the hotel compensated for all our troubles.
The room was great, big and well equpped. The location was not the best since it was on a busy, somewhat rundown downtown area but easy walk to everywhere. But amenities surpassed all of those smaller deficiencies outside the perimeter of the hotel. The breafast was also superb.

BelgiumJust a remark, the hotel can't help it. The entrance of the parking is closed, so first go to reception, they accompany to reopen the entrance. Very narrow and then a steep!! Stretch down to the garage floor. And of course steep up to get out. And a phone to call reception to open the gate. Security reasons,I understand.
We arrived way too early,but could park the car( very important in the whole of Chili) and leave the luggage. At 14 we had the room instead of the regular 15.30. very nice room too. The hotel is very well kept, same for the room everything 100% ok. Breakfast was abundant, couldn't be better. So very very pleased . Location is very convenient. A GPS sat nav is needed because of one direction streets .

FinlandThe breakfast was very basic for anyone who eats meat. For a vegetarian or vegan = only fruit. There wasn’t even vegetal milk, or anything to put on bread except meat or cheese, not even for example some veggies.

IrelandThe plug in the wall exploded when I tried to unplug the lamp. I was only in the room 1 minute. It had a large flash and loud noise. The room STINKS. It was revolting, it is never cleaned. There is dust everywhere and mould on the curtains. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen and they do not care. Many comments say the same, that it is not clean and there is a smell, and what have they done? Nothing Look at the view from the room….. The older man from the reception went to check the room and said everything was fine with the room, that there were no problems….he is deluded as it should be illegal to allow people to spend money here

BrazilBreakfast is quite poor. Few options, few pastries looking a little overripe. The same for omelets in little pot, looking not fresh. Aircon. There's no air conditioner in hotel. We're not talking about a 60 USD/night hotel. Pillows quite tough and thick. Finally, the hotel looks a bit empty. No restaurant for dinner if you need, and the access to the rooms are far from the reception. Internet!!! Internet is really, really poor. It doesn't work. Meeting? Forget it. Barely update your e-mail inbox.
Great location if you want to stay in downtown. Close to mall, where there's a gym and waking distance from good plenty of restaurants. Staff was very proactive bringing me a fan, once hotel there's no aircon. Being fair, room is spacious and good enough.

United StatesOutdated property. The breakfast was really poor- lots of highly processed stuff and high sugar, a few grains and fruit for cereal but the rest was very cheap and poor quality. Wish the blankets had covers as it’s not appetizing sleeping in a hotel bed with uncovered blankets. The windows to our room did not lock and they led to a passageway that anyone could access, so our belongings were not secure. The fridge in our suite was plugged in but would not get cold and the staff were not interested in fixing it, which was a problem for us as one of our children had an allergy and needed special milk refrigerated. Also the breakfast area is right above the garage and smells really strongly of fumes.
Location is good. Reasonably clean.

The room was comfortable for one night. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety . The location was convenient to restaurants and close to the Concepcion Temple, which is why we visited the city!
