“Renato is a great host! We talked a lot and enjoyed hanging out together in the living room in front of the fire. He helped us navigate around El Cajón de Maipo and in general just had a very relaxed vibe to him.”

Breakfast served in the bedroom was great (although standard Chilean hotel fare).
Facilities of the hotel were great fun. Pool is free to use (but it is very fresh). They have a bar you can order drinks from. Sauna (paid) was great barrel saunce for 2 people, very nice to use. Massages (Paid) was great). Hot tubs (paid) did not use but they looked great as well!
Dinner (paid extra) we had both nights we stayed and was great 3 course meal. Not huge portions but more than sufficient. Food is probably a little on the pricey side compared to some places but not unreasonable, and the quality was definitely very good - had an excellent roast beef.”
