Nothing that we didn't like we love the place.

Our hosts Sane and Joseph were wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Sane always make sure that we are happy and comfortable. Sane, Joseph and team were amazing and so very welcoming. Beautiful daily breakfast with fresh tropical fruit, cereals, toast (coconut bread) and fresh pastries along with Joseph's great coffee. Joseph and Sane have a vast knowledge and informations of the island and things to see and do. Room has everything you need even washing machine and dryer. Very peaceful, private, quiet and relaxing accommodation that is not far from town and only 4 - 5 minutes away from the airport. Thank you Sane, Joseph and team for making our stay a memorable and wonderful stay. Thank you David for waiting for us when we arrived early hours in the morning much appreciated.

If you're a short person make sure your partner is over 5 foot to reach the kitchen cupboards on your behalf! Perhaps soap in the bathroom would useful.

Loved the location, was very private. We enjoyed having a barbecue on the deck with the resident cat. Gorgeous breakfasts too! Had a lovely spa and coffee maker. Was nice sitting back at night watching some dvd's. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our massage's from the on-site therapist. The best thing of all was the personal touch though, in getting to meet Sane and her family and the extra miles she goes to run the villa, much appreciated.

All correspondence with Sane was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very spacious for 2 and all the amenities were in great working order. The pool was a great relief on the hot days and well maintained. The washing machine and drier was appreciated as it rained a few days. We would certainly look to come back here on the next trip.

This particular property is not adjacent to the coast, to any restaurants, or the bus line. Since services on the island are limited on Sundays (and Kia Orana does not provide breakfast) it takes some effort to get into town. If you have mobility issues or heat (humidity) intolerance, this might not be the place for you.

Sane is an exceptional host. Even though she provided us with detailed instructions on how to access the property, she personally greeted us on arrival (at almost midnight). Her communication was thorough and the property was lush and tropical.

Only feedback would be for a ramp instead of stairs on the side of the property going up the second floor villas as this would make it easier for guests to take suitcases up and down.

The property was based inland but still walking distance to the main township and other small stores and takeaway shops. The property is in an area which was private and quite perfect to relax and enjoy.

Nothing per se. I'm a on the big side size wise so the shower and toilet was a bit small for me - but I just need to lose weight by my next visit and it should be all good 😂

We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are wanting to fall asleep on a cloud and not wake up until noon, absolutely suggest requesting the mattress topper. The villa is right next to the pool and spa - perfect for relaxing after a long day going around the island or if you don't want to commit to beaches and sand, perfect on a hot day. The villa also has a giant bathtub which I almost fell asleep in. Absolute heaven. The villa has everything you could need - strong Wifi, smart TV with a DVD/Bluray player and lots of movies in the entertainment cabinet (which I only discovered in my second to last day, don't be like me) bathroom, laundry (washing and drying, even a laundry basket), full kitchen, lounge, dining table, coffee table, fridge, coffee machine, vacuum, and lots and lots of closet and drawer space (enough for two people who brought enough clothes for four). The bed with the canopy is great and has two generous bed side tables with lots of space. The outside area of the villa is also wonderful with deck chairs and an outdoor lounge - however it rained most of the time we were in Rarotonga so we were unable to make full of use of it and the small BBQ. Housekeeping is awesome and we would come home to made beds and fresh towels even if we were out for only an hour or so. The service is top tier. Absolutely recommend a massage from the amazing Nancy - thoroughly enjoyed my scrub and scalp massage with a refreshing nu (coconut) at the end to drink! Big thank you to Sane and her team for looking after us so well during our holiday. We'll definitely be back again.

A few things that needed to be maintained. The outside gate to villa 1 was a nightmare to open, the bathroom door handle and toilet roll holder were loose. The rest of the villa was great. I also found it a bit challenging to find the place, as we didn’t have wifi and hadn’t received the email that gave us the directions. Was glad I wasn’t trying to find it in the dark!

Very private. Size of room was huge. I think they have double glazing which really helps block out any early morning noise. The staff were so lovely and welcoming

I had to leave.

Wow were the first words all 7 us said when we opened the door to our apartments. I had a poolside 2 bed apartment. Stunning is an understatement. Very modern, very calming. Our apartment became the poolside hub for evening swims or spa, bbq, chilling on the deck with cocktails. A short walk to Avarua shops, Punanga Nui Market, Trader Jacks.

Spose the only thing that could have been better would be the wifi, but you don't go on holiday to look at your phone. Lol. So pretty minor.

The breakfast was excellent, the hosts make an exceptional flat white. Was a really good experience going there. Really nice hosts, they make you feel at home straight away. Can't wait to book in there again.

The laying of fresh sand on the steps to stop them from being slippery. Not a biggy but it did get everywhere.

Very luxurious but starting to get a bit ‘tired’. The managers, Sane and Joseph, however were also the kindest, friendliest people ever. Nothing was a problem and Joseph provided some very insightful local information 😊🙏

Loved the location, close to town, very private, swimming pool and spas were exactly what we wanted. Bonus was the link to internet! Massages - amazing! Full kitchen and coffee machine meant we didnt have to go far if we didnt want too. Rooms separated by the lounge so it was very quiet. A range of DVDs and books. Plenty of car parking and my favourite, i loved the smoochies from the villa cat! A real home away from home vibe.
