Clean and comfy had a small supply of condiments in the fridge & water to drink. Hosts were friendly and very approachable. Loved the washing machine & dryer, the dip pool was a bonus, spacious & modern. A safe area with cameras and being on family land between houses was added security and still very private.

Loved everything about this place and the team was just beautiful and loving thank you for having us

The host was very friendly and helpful and the accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Catherine was an amazing host, helped us out when my wife was unwell and drove us to the hospital. Villa was very clean, perfect for the family of four.

Lovely modern & clean in excellent location, very close to beach & walking distance to local restaurant/bar. Owners made us feel very welcome & helpful with any questions we had.

Nothing at all

The villa was modern and had all the facilities we needed to have a relaxing holiday. Really appreciated the netting over all of the windows and doors. Catherine was really easy to deal with.

My stay was absolutely outstanding! The villa was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable - the photos are great but don't do it justice. The location is fabulous with a great beach right across the road and easy access to Muri and the south coast. The pool is such a great addition, I spent so much time in and out of it. The house has everything needed to make it home away from home, such as a full kitchen, laundry and air con. The shower is hot with great pressure and the beds are comfy. Catherine so kindly let me use the villa the whole last day before my late night flight, which was fantastic to have a base and be able to freshen up before leaving. I honestly can't rate Kaia Villa's highly enough, and already can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!

The children loved the pool. The place was so lovely, tidy, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the chickens as well!! Great location and lovely beach across the road. Our host was so so accomodating. We can't thankyou enough.

Much nicer than a resort for us as we were active during most days and away. So nice to come back to something that felt really private and homely. A dash across the road from the beach and a walk into Muri where all the activities are based.

Kaia Villas are tucked away up a side road, far enough away from the road to be beautifully quiet, but still close enough to walk for less than two minutes to the beach- perfection! Catherine and Tai are perfect hosts and take great pride in sharing their beautiful villas with the world.

Nothing- it couldn’t have been better!

Self contained so didn’t have to eat out for every meal and could wash and dry clothes. Wifi and drinking water provided and private plunge pool was perfect, there were basic necessities provided in the pantry and fridge. Short walk down the driveway and across the road to a quiet beach, which was perfect for swimming, snorkelling and watching the sun rise. Owners were lovely and checked in on us from time to time.

Location, perfect size for our numbers of travellers, clean water was sorted for us before we checked in, they had everything we needed except for a microwave, private pool & how organized everything was right down to the bins outside

Not so much not liking but there was no microwave to warm left over food, it wasn’t a biggie but for my 7 year old it was

A beautiful home away from home with all the amenities needed. Airconditioning was superb and the plunge pool absolutely fantastic. Family friendly home in a nice quiet area. Kids absolutely loved it. The wifi was top notch. We'll definitely be back.

Nothing major, just a small suggestion. A ceiling fan in the living room area would be a great addition but there are 2 aircons in the bedrooms that blow through to the rest of house.

Location was perfect

The space was exactly as pictured and was away from main road so a lot of privacy. Host and host family were so accommodating and easy to work with.

Close to muri beach, free wi-fi, very clean, good size villa for a small group & hosts were easy to communicate with👌🏽
