However, there was some negatives. I saw a large cockroach in the bathroom. Although, they claim to include free wifi, it a very limited service. They includes 2 vouchers, which just Ok to view email. If you want to watch a video for about 5 minutes, the voucher is gone. However, reliable internet and affordable internet is a big issue in the Cook Islands. There is only one channel available on the TV. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building, which is not the best. The rooms are OK, and have all the essentials.

This hotel has the best city location in Avarua - the capital of the Cook Islands. It is a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, nightclubs and wide range of shops. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds comfortable. The rooms has good air-conditioning. I was also allowed to access my room at 9:00am, well before check inn time - I really appreciate the management team, for making this possible. There is a small pool, which appeared to be clean and well maintained. The rates at this hotel are very favourable, when compared to pricey resorts, a long way from the centre of Avarua. I would still recommend this hotel for location and price.

A lil rough on the outside. But inside the rooms are clean and tidy. Fridge is stocked with drinks at a reasonable price. The water pressure in the shower is like a water blaster! And instant hot. Aircon is awesome for these muggy 26c. nights Great price and right in towm

The hot water in the shower would cut in and out while showering. Happy for the warm shower anyway. Would have been good to have a sink in the room other than the bathroom sink just from a food hygiene perspective but we made do. The cabinetry needs updating but that didn't effect our stay.

Behind the rough road front there was a little gem inside. The bed was so comfortable, everything was clean and the air conditioner was a life saver. The manager was very lovely and so friendly and helpful.

Good location just off the Main Street - bit run down but for the price can’t complain. Never saw any staff but the check in worked ok.

The overall look. It's not a motel by definition, as it's in the centre of the city. If the motel can have a shop for snacks or drinks, that will help. It should also offer breakfast services.

The property is good, but it looks bad from the outside, which leaves a bad impression of the property. There is a lot of repair work required. The rooms are quite clean. The owner of the property was very responsive to emails and sorted out my check-in before my arrival by tagging the room with my name. She also helped me to book a tax from airport to the motel.

It is run down, suited my needs though. Bedding was clean but stained. Pictures do not give real perception of how it really looks. It is not as nice as the pictures show

An old motel, well past its prime. Cracked, loose tiles in bathroom. Shower drained extremely slowly.

Very basic but that’s what I was expecting. Wouldn’t want to stay there for an extended period

The location was good as it was close to the airport. I flew in late and left for the airport again early. Room was left open for me late and Roselle checked in with me in the morning. I can’t comment much on the room because i just slept there and I didn’t even shower there. I will say the bed was good and the AC was good.
