Some staff members were not very welcoming, though most were friendly and attentive. The pool didn’t look inviting and clearly needs better maintenance. The quality of the buffets could also be improved.

The hotel is good overall. The room was spacious with good sound insulation and a pleasant view. Breakfast is not bad, and lunch and dinner are average for the price, but you can usually find something to eat. However, the hotel needs improvement and maintenance, especially regarding furniture, painting, and general upkeep.

Getting any them to bring any item (e.g., an iron or a dental kit) up to the room was so difficult- it took forever or not at all. Also, check-in and check out processes were very slow and tedious. Please estimate up to 20minutes for this. I was asked to fill long forms that included questions such as my parents' names. Said parents are in their 70s.

Overall okay hotel but really not worth the amount paid for a Novotel. The walls are so thin I heard the TV of the room next to me the whole time (pretty early in the morning), or my neighbour speak on the phone which felt like he was in my room. The restaurant is merge with the main hall which doesn't really make it a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was really good with diversity of choice.

This country was more exclusively French than in Paris and the Novotel was in line with that. The hotel was a little worn and understaffed, but it was an enjoyable stay nevertheless.

The food in the restaurant is good, but not well managed. The buffet dish up bowls run empty and is not properly controlled or refilled causing guests to wait.

They promote on their website Shuttle service to the airport which they don't provide and the option they offer is 5x more of what a normal taxi would charge to the airport. Last day I ate at the restaurant before heading to the airport and the machines to charge me with card weren't working... instead of offering a solution they made me go to the ATM and get money to pay them, so I was charged a withdrawal fee, they didn't cared .... they even escorted me to the ATM (maybe they thought I was going to run away)

Hotel was good, think you expect this for the amount you are paying for the room. Food was delicious.

No bell boy, No working bedside phone ( other than dialling out that I did not try, none of the buttons including speaker buttons worked on the phone), the wifi did not work at first, I had to fill the 5-minute form to check in giving details of my late parents too, staff was indifferent, the room looked shabby and upholstery had marks everywhere bathroom looked a like Chinese ship's prefabricated toilet. Please do not waste your money !
