The building and furniture are super old, it doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The noise coming from neighbors and visitors is super loud in the middle of the night, especially when the window is opened. The shower was broken, but asked the team to fix it and they did the next day.

Apartment was not as in pictures showed. As somethings were missing communication was stoped after asked those. Parking must pay by just credit card and they will not tell you that until you books.

Compared to the pictures that apartment was really small. (In the pictures you could clearly see room on both sides of the bed and a large window.) The bed is very noisy tiny, movements were loud, we also missed one blanket (we fixed it with the staff).

The location was perfect, staff is quick to react and are friendly.

The common areas are not very clean and poorly maintained. The rooms are large, but they too are poorly maintained, with broken light switches (apartment 43) and exposed microwave cables (apartment 21). Dust had accumulated under the beds (where the vacuum cleaner evidently hadn't been used in a while).

The double bed had two single mattresses that kept running apart and a hole formed in the middle. Some guests were noisy after 11 pm.

No aircon, very very basic facilities in the kitchen and also the shower is fit for a hobbit or a human under 5’4 it’s that small height wise

Kitchen is a tiny little arrangement, but the room itself got so hot that we felt we were in a sauna at night. Zero ventilation. The host was rude and uncooperative.

I would have given more stars, but the lack of curtains or blinds made it difficult to sleep at night and in the early morning, which was a downside. The room was okay—nothing spectacular—and it clearly hadn’t been recently maintained, with some things needing repairs or updates.

We were a bit nervous about this place due to the poor reviews, but it turned out better than expected. As I always do when traveling, I checked the bed thoroughly for bedbugs, and thankfully there was absolutely no sign of anything. The price was very decent for Zürich, and since we only stayed one night and needed to be close to the stadium for a concert, it served its purpose well.

There was only one single blanket for a double bed in the room. Fortunately, it wasn't too cold, but it wasn't ideal for us.
