There wasn't batting soap in the bathroom, and the television plug was so far from the socket.

There wasn't Internet in my room, the user name and password didn't work 🙃

The building was in a rough neighbourhood by Zurich standards, also the entry, elevators, corridors were filthy to say the least. My own room was roughly clean but I don't think I would come here again.

Was easy to find, the hotel is located very close to Zurich center.

We were disappointed that the room we entered was nothing like what you see on the images. I had to check again to see what I had booked as it was nothing like what I remembered. To my surprise I was right. The room was nothing like the images that we saw when we booked. The front is very run down and smelly. You didn't feel comfortable walking in. It was advised as having a balcony. However it should have been advertised as having a shared balcony. We were shocked to see someone on the balcony when we walked outside. The kettle also didn't fit into any of the power points. I feel this was false advertising.

The location was great being so closed to the train station, and only one stop away from the airport. Some nice food options down stairs also. Really great view.

Worst experience so bad smelly poor hygiene dirty balcony dirty entrance lift and surrounding area soooo soo bad and smelly waste of money just making people fool by posting neat and clean photos on Google so noisey too hot not even a fan they put i didn't eat anything there becz of smell faucet of the kitchen was also not working well and the room floor 🤢🤮 please first see reviews then book the apartment of this building i think they don't even care about people hygiene and there reviews just making money from this appartments

The common areas and lifts were dirty. The room was dirty and in need of renovation. An odd mixture, and not enough, cutlery and plates.

Check in and check out was simple. Good location and room size. Towels and linen were clean.

The apartments need an update; a broken chair, and several items did not have the correct plugs for the sockets.A fan would be a bonus for summer.

These 2 apartments worked just fine for us. There is a great view from the 10th floor apartments and balcony. Overlooking the train station, which I liked, but bring your earplugs. Good cold fridge and fast hob, and a confortable bed. Great Co-op store nearby for bargains.

Rooms was 1st alloted without electricity then after complaint they alloted another room. It was booked for 2 days and on 2nd day they asked us to vacate as it shows lack of co ordination which I already informed in advance via message and by phone as well.

The accommodation was not very clean.the wood flooring was quite worn out. There was no cleaning stuff i.e broom or mop.the cleaners came after a whole week us staying there.door of the balcony had top hinge broken no one came to fix it.

The location was very good. Main train station very near literally 5 minutes walk. Trams and bus stops few minutes walk grocery store very close.

We've booked an extra bed for our baby. They've requested my credit card detail by email but my credit card was refused through they payment system and I've been informed about that only a few hours before coming even though it was provided 3 days before. We had no extra bed and my son has to sleep in our bed.

Very easy to take the key. No temporary parking spot to unload the luggage but plenty of parking opportunity in the area.

Not enough pans to cook, no dish detergent, very uncomfortable bed pillows, practically no clothes hangers. Very noisy apartment neighbors, and very thin walls (I'll let you imagine...).

Good value, generally spacious rooms. If you are on the railway side its quite noisy if you have the window open. Facilities, cleanliness etc quite variable, but never awful. Do not depend on there being a kettle despite kitchenette. There is always a fridge and microwave, minimal plates, mugs etc in my experience.
