We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location, right next to the train station and Gornegrat Bahn yet very quiet. The apartment is huge, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host met us at the train station and showed us the apartment. There is a view of Matterhorn from the living room. Grocery store on the first floor. We’ll definitely stay again if we ever go back.

United StatesThe only thing I could mention that needed improvement was the shower pressure in the hallway bathroom.
This property was amazing! We absolutely loved the location. It was so convenient to have the train station right next door and especially to have the Coop in the same building. We had to take a 6:30am train on our last day and didn’t need to leave the room till 6:15am. The rooms were very comfortable and the view was breathtaking!

United KingdomThere is no microwave in the apartment, and the toaster has to be brought out of a cupboard, when you want to use it. The pillows are terrible - just huge sacks of small pieces of chopped foam, with only one pillow on each bed.
The apartment is spacious and clean. It is as warm as you want, with thermostats on all the radiators, and efficient double glazing. Lovely West facing balcony, with views to the Matterhorn.
