Amazing location. With all the extras it has, worth every penny. Pool is open 24h, so can even enjoy when arriving late.

It was an up slope walk from the train station but this wasn’t a big issue for us.

It was well designed with many facilities designed for family. Sandro was a wonderful host.

This has been the most comfortable and nicest accommodation we have stayed in during our time in Europe. The rooms are gorgeous, the view lovely, the hosts are very friendly and there are lots of extra features such as the sauna, the sound and vibration bed, and the gym. We would have loved to stay much longer but only stopped for the night on our way through. This place is definitely worth spending some time at so you can enjoy the space.

It's just a minor inconvenience, however, check-in instructions sent by booking platform to the guest should always be in English (and in a local language). Need better instructions for location: it is just beyond the bridge/tunnel through which you pass (to the left of the Hotel Park).

The windows around the table opened. Terry robes were nice. We prefer self check-in, however, the host was available by telephone and at the location to meet us when we arrived, courteous and prompt. Washing machine and dryer for clothes.

There was only one small bed pillow for each guest, and it was small and too flat. They brought one additional upon request. Also, the comforters were too small for the beds. (It seemed like a twin/regular size blanket put on a queen bed.) It's also odd that there were no screens on the windows. So flies and and bugs come in when the windows are open. But there were not major issues given the overall quality of the place.

Good location - close enough to walk everywhere. Large, spacious, comfortable.

The Sauna and the Pool was excellent, as well as the view. The only thing missing was somewhere to hang towels when it was raining.

The location is simple to find. The facility is well equipped (Sauna and pool outside; gym, relax room inside). Appealing interior design.

Smaller issues around coffee machine not working well, flickering light at entrance and Sofa was not in a good state with a hole, and soap/drains were not greatly clean.

Large and beautiful rooms, wonderful and well maintained Sauna / (cold) Pool area and lots of extra’s including free electric car charging and washing machine. Modern TV setup and even Netflix included. Very high standard and fair price. Would stay here again.

We liked pretty much everything about our stay.

Our favorite place in Fiesch! We came back to WOO after 2 years and the place still has all the charm we remembered. The apartments are beautifully decorated with everything one could possibly need during holiday, the sauna and fitness room are great bonus and Sandro (new manager) is super friendly and easy to communicate with!

The property is very new and we made a few suggestions to improve the functionality of the apartment in the future (a bit more worktop space for meal preparation for example).

Beautifully curated loft apartment. Very tastefully decorated with many lovely touches. Everything clean and in good working order. The outdoor sun heated pool was very special and very inviting after a day in the mountains. Sandro was always on hand to help with anything at all and he was a very important part of the whole setup. It’s near to the cable car and bike shop and Co-op supermarket. We had everything we needed. Thank you 🙏

superb aparto hotel, washer & dryer, vibro massage table, sauna, ice bath & exercise room. Oh and ps4 to keep the kids quiet. Excellent. Sandro & crew did a great job, we had a lovely relaxing time great holiday highly recommend.

Slightly hot inside the room even without the heater on. However should be fine if you visit during Autumn and Winter.
