Missed the balcony for Mountain View which would have been perfect for while having a cup of coffee. It is on 3rd floor with no lift but host Mario was very helpful with carrying the bags all the way up.

Cosy self catering studio apartment with everything you need for your stay including complimentary hot and cold drinks. Our phone adopter was broken and host Mario was life saver as he provided the one - thank you very much.

The room was small. The third level made it difficult to carry luggage up. The pillows were uncomfortable, and we felt that both the pillows and the covers were not very clean.

Beautiful view through the window. Room had quite enough facilities. Our next-door neighbour helped us with the iPhone charger, even though she couldn't speak any English.

I was carrying a few slightly heavy bags and had to take them up to the second floor, as there is no elevator. While I don't consider this a drawback of the apartment, it's something to keep in mind—so be sure to pack light or bring only what you can comfortably carry.

The location is just a few minutes' walk from Interlaken West Railway Station and is also easily accessible by bus. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with Daniela thoughtfully providing coffee, tea, and some soft drinks for guests. If you plan to cook, you'll find all the necessary utensils readily available. The host personally accompanies you and explains everything, which I found to be a warm and welcoming gesture.

No Lift and the appartment is on third floor but the owner helped us to get our luggage on top and new bed is required.

Great location and beautiful view from Window. The owner Marco is an exception. He is super helpful and courteous. He helped to do laundry, explained how washing machine and dryer works. Suggested some good local place for having local Cheese Fondue.

One of the days a large number of ants appeared in the bathroom. Mario quickly came and addressed this but still was fairly unpleasant. The WiFi was a little slow.

Communication was very good, both through booking.com and via text once arrived, and Mario was very helpful and friendly. The accomodation is nicer than it looks in the photos and generally very comfortable and pleasant. Location is a 10-15 minute walk from Interlaken centre, and very close to a nice hiking track towards Thun. Kitchen fairly minimal but well stocked.

The only drawback is that the apartment is in the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. But Daniela went out of the way and was kind enough to help us with carrying our luggage upstairs during check-in and downstairs during check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Lala. Daniela is very sweet and helpful and is an amazing host. She stays in the apartment below and is available in case we need any help. She is available via phone and messages whenever we need. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything when we checked in. She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.

Quite warm at night, but opening the window in the early morning and then keeping the shutters closed all day helped on the second night.

Lovely little flat that was perfect for a couple staying for 2 nights. Small kitchen area with enough utensils to prepare basic meals, and a good shower. Mario was very helpful showing us to the apartment and answering any questions we had, and he also provided some free bus passes for us to get around the lakes. A quick walk or bus journey from Interlaken West train station and a few well-stocked supermarkets in walking distance also.

It is facing the road and a little bit noisy

The apartment is small but clean , in a good location, convenient to train station, with a very nice view in the countryside facing the mountains. The host is hospitable and ready to provide different ideas for your visits in Interlaken.

You have to keep in mind that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and no lift. So I had to carry my heavy luggage all the way to the 3rd floor. If you are coming with a lot of luggage, it would be difficult to get to the apartment.

The host Mario was very helpful. The location is just 10 mins walk from Interlaken West. If you are coming by bus, 3 stops from Interlaken OST. The room was big enough for a family of 3. The kitchen has all the facilities for preparing a full meal. Very good views of mountains through the window.

Owners of the property were lovely! Showed us around the property and had some complimentary drinks/snacks at the apartment. Good sized bathroom, small apartment room but had everything we needed and enough space for us! Great location with amazing views too!

The location of the apartment is difficult to find on the google map. Luckily we met a couple who helped us find the apartment. Maybe they need to update the locality in the google map

The staircase to the apartment is clean and updated. There is a little foyer before entering the apartment so you can put your shoes and luggage. Mario is very friendly and gave us the guest card for free bus travel in the city
