It’s fine to ask for payment for the washing machine/tumble dryer. But I think the coffee machine, cups and a couple of coffee pods per night would be appropriate.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the train station where there are connections every few minutes to Zurich and beyond. Comfortable bed, powerful shower, nice sofa and generous table. Good soundproofing with windows closed, good sized balcony. Check in very clear and easy, host communication very good.

fluctuating internet and weak inernet coverage in bedroom (router should be centrally located for better coverage). Also speed of internet on fast.com and speedtest shows 7-8 mbps.

Parking - be aware- The parking options are really expensive around the property and many of those that the host sent us was more expensive than the host advice. But it’s not host fault.

The property was exactly like photos, was so easy to get the key and get in the apartment. So confortable to stay and easy to move by train.

Very early checkout at 11 am. No option to store your luggages after checkout. Cleaning lady was already knocking on door at 11 am. I texted the owner the day before checkout to see if we can stay an extra hour or 2 but there was no response at all.

Well maintained modern flat complete with amenities. Very neat.

The bathroom was very poorly cleaned, with all the marks/stains on the walls and floor. Glasses and some cutlery was NOT well cleaned. Night time, i was very warm, as most of the houses do not offer AC, at least they provide a table FAN would have been great for a good night sleep. Rest, excellent with the facilities, and location.

The fourth bed was just the lounge, and wasn't comfortable to sleep on, with sheets that didn't fit. The third bed was a short sofa bed - only suitable for younger children or short adults. Some additional hidden costs, such as for use of the clothes washing facilities. Would have been good if this was flagged up front, rather than finding out after we arrived.

Excellent location with close proximity to transport and shops. Windows very effective at blocking the train noise for a quiet night. Well provisioned kitchen. Nice bathroom.

Two hot days in Zurich and no AC or proper fan for two areas. For warmer days you need a stronger fan …there so much noise due to Rail traffic that you cannot keep the window open all night.

Great apartment, everything was clean. Good location - just one train stop to main station, just two train stops to airport and one stop till swiss arena. We stayed 7 nights during congress and it was almost perfect. Nearby there are some restaurants where to eat, also coop-to-go is almost next building and Lidl is 7-10min walk. For us it was perfect - saved a lot of money by getting groceries and eating home than spending seven to ten times more in restaurants. If you don't want to cook - next door is a great bakery with great choice for breakfast and uber eats also is fast. Had issue with front door code, but it was handled by host pretty quick.

Nothing more frustrating than arriving at your accomodation late at night to find it not ready. Dirty dishes, trash in bathroom, beds not made up, etc. The host did not reply right away so we had to call booking.com customer service although they could not do much. The host did eventually reply by text message (did not bother to even call) and sent the cleaning lady who said she had cleaned the apartment that same morning. We didn't know whom to believe because the host said the apartment was cleaned the day before. We had to leave the apartment for the cleaning lady to clean it and we were so very tired we only wanted to rest. The apartment was actually nice and modern, but didn't have a washing machine even if this was included in the listing. During summer, be sure to ask for 2 electric fans as it was too hot and there was only one in the living room. You can't leave windows open at night due to the noise (maybe from nearby railroad).
