IrelandDuring summer rooms are super hot. We were there during summer and the rooms didn't have airconditioning. As a result we found it difficult to sleep. In saying that, we reported this to the staff and they organised standing fan for us. It helped but airconditioning would have been better.
The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. I can't call out a single staff member as every single one was amazing. The facilities were also really great

SwitzerlandIdeally. I do like coffee-making facilities in the room and at least for my room, there were none. Also, the option of firmer pillows.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in and the prices are value for money. The customer focus of the staff is outstanding - compliments to the management for their hiring and training. An all-round excellent hotel. Spa/sauna facilities are very good indeed, and for once, there is a hotel gym that is a real gym - way above the average for even high-end hotels. I enjoyed my stay a great deal and will be coming back after this experience.

United Arab EmiratesIn the sauna area, it seems to be mandatory for guests to be naked. Unfortunately, this was not clearly mentioned in the hotel information or on the website. I was confronted by other guests who shouted at me because I chose not to undress completely. This was a very unpleasant and distressing experience. As a paying guest, I believe I should be able to enjoy the facilities like everyone else, regardless of personal beliefs or cultural differences. The hotel should either make this policy optional (allowing swimsuits) or clearly state on their website that nudity is required in the sauna. Guests should be informed in advance, especially if their beliefs or personal boundaries prevent them from being naked in front of others. This experience ruined the relaxation and enjoyment I had expected after traveling from another country. The behavior of some of the other guests was rude, unpleasant, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is uncomfortable with mandatory nudity or who values a respectful, inclusive environment.
The location, hotel staff, sauna facilities, pool, room, and breakfast were amazing. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I was initially very happy with my experience. However, there was a situation that made me extremely uncomfortable, and I believe it should be addressed.

SwitzerlandI think guests should be told about how noisy street-facing rooms are. The hotel could also make an investment in thicker windows. Also, I know Europeans are quite liberal about nudity, but the obligation to use parts of the spa without any clothing made me very uncomfortable. It is really not fun to see so many strangers parading around in the nude. Finally, some of the servers in the restaurant could try a bit more to smile and be more flexible. The ones I dealt with were amazing, but one day I tried to switch tables to eat with a couple I had met at the hotel (the people assigned to that table had already eaten and left), and I was not treated kindly. I think it was a Swiss thing, where flexibility may not be common. These are not dealbreakers but can move the experience from great to greatest.
Service was excellent. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. The spa was fantastic. The food was also quite good. I had not been so relaxed in ages! I felt the treatment was personalized and very oriented to detail.

SwitzerlandIt’s not very easy to navigate through the hotel, elevators don’t all go to same place. Few times the room card didn’t work and we had to recharge it. One maybe point the would be nice to implement is rotation of clients to the restaurant rooms as the menue is the same, this will allow clients to visit multiple rooms while their stay :) But these are just areas to be rated over excellent :) because definitely we will be so happy to visit again

The staff were super nice and helpful The views around the hotel were breathtaking It was so peaceful and relaxing....the only (not so annoying noise) were the sound of cow bells 🐄 You certainly would never go hungry here if you choose the half board option either and the food was delicious In the evening I went to the bar for a drink and ended up dancing the night away with other guests to the musician playing a great range of music - we had a great time🍸
