We arrived late with a car, was easy to park also very easy to understand late check-in informations. We slept over just to catch early flight. Great locations, quiet neighborhood, everything clean and comfortable.

India1. Poorly ventilated room. Just a window that opens at 15° in vertical format. 2. No tioletteries 3. No refrigerator 4. Far away from centre. It's a business hotel rather then a leisure. But that's our fault. 5. Cold breakfast. I mean, no egg preparation?? You need to boil the eggs too (only way eggs were served).

AustraliaMy room 315 had a really bad smell. It was quite bad and never went away. There’s no aircon at all. I mentioned the smell and lack of air at reception and was given a small fan to use. I was offered to change rooms but I had already unpacked. The one window that you can open is only at the top and doesn’t ventilate sufficiently. Reception told me there’s a ventilation system instead of air conditioning, but I didn’t notice any difference or airflow.. There is no fridge. For the price charged there should be aircon and a fridge. You shouldn’t have to ask for a fridge if you are staying more than one night. Suggest someone looks at this room and works out where the smell is coming from.
Close to Zurich Airport. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is OK. Supermarkets and pharmacy are all close by.

It was a for-Switzerland-inexpensive, clean hotel near the airport. But it was a warm day, the AC did not work, and the window only did that bend in three inches thing, so it was a long warm night in the room. On the plus side there were markets and food options near the hotel.

United KingdomThe room had paper cups for hot drinks so I used a glass from the bathroom and it broke and all the hot water went over my legs giving me a mild burn. Best put a note in the room about this. I'm restaurant s you get coffees served in a glass. Otherwise everything else was good The checking in was fine but checking out online not needing this extra work . So put keys behind the curtains at reception 5 am to go to airport
