There is no air conditioning in the unit. When I asked for a fan, I was told there isn't enough stock and to just make do with the windows. Unfortunately this made my stay (in the middle of summer) quite uncomfortable.

Entry instructions and keyless entry was easy to navigate. The room was a good size for one traveller and general facilities were good. Everything was clean and tidy and the laundry was easy to use.

Floors were extremely dirty (splatters all over the apartment, most disgusting were the splatters in the bathroom). Dark, no working ceiling light in the room. NO AIR-CONDITIONING and windows straight to the back alley with a loading dock and people coming and going.

It’s much smaller than anticipated and the pillows were so flat. All the walls and skirtings were dirty/dusty with many marks, could do with a proper clean.

There were no air conditioner. It was 30/32 degrees outside and the apartment was like a sauna. There is a fan only for decoration (never understood how to turn on the ceiling fan). I had problems to sleep due to heat. I also asked to change a towel and I was never responded.

r, the stay was uncomfortable due to heat-related issues. There was no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan did not work. With windows open at night, sleep was disturbed by loud construction noise from across the street starting as early as 6:30 AM. The bathroom lacked a towel hook and ventilation, turning it into a sauna after a single shower. There were only two pillows—one very thin—and no mosquito screen, which let insects in. Check-in time was also relatively late at 15:00.

The building entrance was clean, the room was ready on time, and self check-in went smoothly. The location is good—with 100 meters from a 24-hour tram line, making access to the city center quick and easy. Cleaning staff were friendly, and contact persons responded promptly to messages.

No aircon, top room over heats and there is no way to cool the apartment down. Opening the windows allows the warm air inside as well as many bugs.

Great location, lots of restuarants on Josephstrasse, only 10 min walk to the centre of the city. Owners responded very quickly when there was a problem with the water.

The utensils (pan etc.) could be much better. There should be a warning for guests to be quit during the stay especially on the balconies.

There seemed to be a remote for the ceiling fan in my apartment, but it was missing. I tried to send messages to the apartment owner to help, but my messages went unanswered. It seemed that the lack of availability of any staff was troubling, imagine if there was something more serious going on.

I like the location, and it was easy to enter the apartment with the code. The WiFi was great and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

The curtains were a bit short for the whole window to be covered since we were just beside the road. We felt uncomfortable like There was no privacy and we can here the neighbours noises as well.

I was accused of damaging a curtain (a hole) with a cigarette… I have never even smoked in my life, nor know how to light a cigarette. The staff was really rude about it in their communications.

The room is perfect for a few days stay in Zurich. All the amenities you need. Great location.

Some tea, coffee, milk, and sugar sachets would be helpful as we arrived late at night, and there is nothing in the kitchenette. We would also have found some usb points useful on a plug socket as we were unaware ( our own fault) that electric sockets in Switzerland are not the usual European and we couldn't charge our phones.

The location of the apartment was ideal. It was easy to check in. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment block and surrounding area was quiet.

The floors creaked so bad, every time one of us would get out of the bed, the other person would wake up. It was so disturbing, they really need to fix the flooring of their apartments. Not sure if all the apartments like this or if I was the lucky one. There are all the facilities of an apartment, like crockery and Cutlery, we had a kettle in the room but would have been nice if some complimentary sachets of tea or coffee would have been there. A small extra gesture for your customers goes a long way in the hospitality/service industry. This honestly felt like an Airbnb, didn’t have any contact with the service staff. And most importantly, there was no cleaning or changing the bathroom linens. Their concept of cleaning once a week might work for customers who stay there for weeks or months. But the policies should also include cleaning for stays lesser than 3 days, otherwise you are literally expecting your customers to stay in a dirty room for 2-3 days with no cleaning linens. Makes no sense.

The apartment is too small, 2 small rooms with a very small kitchenette at the entrance, and u can barely do sandwiches on it. The room we got, the beds were not like the photos. They were sofa beds that were open. The communication was not very efficient, mainly via email, and a reply after 5 hours. There was no whatsapp number where u can contact the host and get a fast reply.

The appartment location is very good next to the Zurich HB. It is in a new building. The toilet is good with nice towels.

Communication wasn't the easiest/fastest as it is through a central, but still effective and everyone that answered my doubts was helpful and nice!

Great location, near the train station and walking distance from the old town! The studio has it all with kitchen appliances and a really comfortable bed. Room was nicely warmed and clean :)
