Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Lucxurious villa Check-in was smooth, and communication about the rules was clear and reasonable. The location is great - close to Interlaken and other attractions, with a supermarket within walking distance. Check-out was easy.

Due to an emergency, we were looking for new accommodation. We came across this accommodation, gave them a call and were warmly welcomed that evening by friendly and helpful hosts. The wonderful host only allowed us to stay one night even though they accommodate a minimum of three nights. Everything went wonderfully and quickly. The place is just great and the surroundings are fantastic. We had a great time and will definitely be back when we are in the area. The equipment was new, clean, we lacked nothing. I can only confirm all the positive reviews! Thank you for saving our family vacation 😁😍.

United Arab EmiratesWould be nice to have a full size mirror in the rooms instead of the small makeup mirror. Would be nice to have at least two choices of pillows. The one provided was good and comfortable but a bit huge.
Everything was amazing starting with free parking, Location, accommodation and facilities near by Kitchen is fully equipped. One of the Newest places available online with a unique modern design. You can tell that the owner spend alot of time taking care of this property and making sure everything is at the highest level. Super clean rooms and living room. Nice and quiet neighborhood makes it a very family friendly. Definitely well be back.

United Arab EmiratesThe owner is not friendly at all. She charged me 25 euros extra for the delayed in the check in for around 45 min. I don’t recommend this accommodation for others due to stuff is not friendly and only looking for extra money from the guest. WI-FI is week and slow
