We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

From start to finish, we had a great experience! Kind reception ladies, making sure you know what you get during your stay. Very nice facilities, built with taste and the customer in mind. Enjoy delicious food at the TWIST restaurant, where you'll find kind and professional staff. Exceptional Saunas, a big enough fitness center for a boutique hotel, yoga hall .... Simply excellent.

SwitzerlandThe quality of the restaurant is not as high as the one of the hotel. Also, there were quite some mistakes in taking our orders for breakfast -- nothing impossible to solve, but still, one notice these problems since all the rest is perfectly organized.
The rooms are very nice and spatious. The location is great - 5 mins walking from the railway station. The SPA is wonderful: sauna, pool with a nice view, outdoor relax space.
