Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Perfect location in the center of Verbier. Close to Restaurants, bars and Bus. Causy, typical chalet interior. Small but functional.

Location is superb. The Double bedroom was also superb but if you are elderly or have mobility issues, the upstairs rooms might not be suitable as they are in the eaves and have very low ceilings. We coped perfectly well though and will definitely book again. The host was amazing with regular whatsapp updates and continued contact throughout the duration of our stay.

Have no complaints
We loved the location of this place. The chalet had beautiful views of the mountains! Also it was very convenient to get to the ski lifts since the bus stop was a few minutes away. We were traveling with the kids and so it was convenient to have groceries close by. The owner also connected to her cleaning lady Aude who made our trip so comfortable and everything very convenient given that we were traveling to Switzerland for our first time!

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, very well equipped kitchen for self catering, big balcony and very good communication from host. Would love to go back and would highly recommend. The mezzanine level rooms were especially enjoyed by the kids, and adults, who liked to watch the stars at night and sunrise in the morning.

It has a charm but it needs updated (furniture, baths)
Nice views, the apartment spacing was nice (it is fun for kids to sleep in the attic ). The host very responsive and gave us all the details and tips.

Amazing location in the center of Verbier, Charming etage apartment in wood style,great master bed room with on suite bathroom and loft upstairs with beds for kids. The flat's location is perfect with walking distance from everything needed in Verbier. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The flat is very comfortable with top end equipment and amenities. The communication for checking was clear and straightforward.

The only thing that was a little disappointing is that there is no washing machine in the place. There is a launderette behind the property which is part of another hotel, but far too expensive. €25 for one load :( . Other than that. No Issues.
The host, Kim was exceptionally kind and always at hand. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The ambience of the place with the wood construction was lovely. There is a lift also in the building which made It really easy to take luggage and belongings to the upper level. The apartment is dead in the centre and access to all amenities within reach.

This is an amazing apartment in the middle of everything. The kids loved it. It was cosy, comfortable and in a fantastic location. The bus is outside the door so you dont have to walk to the ski lifts if you dont want. There is a lift in the block also which was handy for luggage. Great host and very helpful. We will definatly rebook here.
