The hotel is located very near to a train station, and the path between the station and the hotel is very easy to navigate even with a lot of luggage. There is also a drop-off point in the car park beneath the hotel which makes catching a car to the airport easy. The hotel is well-appointed and staff are helpful. The rooms are comfortably furnished. There are restaurants, shops, and even a cinema just outside the hotel.

The rooms are a big dark.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. We also borrowed the bikes at the hotel and had a nice ride in the city.

even on days when we didn't request housekeeping, we were still charged a daily cleaning fee for our dog, and the fee was quite steep.

Zurich is quite an expensive destination. I highly recommend booking a stay that includes breakfast, as they offer a truly extensive and delicious breakfast menu. Since the hotel is new, everything was exceptionally clean. It's a very stylish hotel, and its location is unbeatable, with plenty of attractions and amenities nearby.

Location location and location is the biggest plus with hotel conveniently located of walking distance from many restaurants including McDonald's , food trucks and even supermarket coop. Just few steps away from tram station as well. Decor of hotel room, lobby is artistically done. Such a pleasant experience. Plus happing bar and wine shop in the lobby

The gym and spa was closed during my entire stay, which wasn’t mentioned on Booking. It even said “includes daily spa access” under room info.

The view from the room was the only down side. The view was just a concrete wall of another building. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The location was perfect. It was close to a tram station and there was a mall right next to the hotel, which has restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The staff were very friendly. They were very helpful and welcoming.

Everything was amazing except that the gym was closed for maintenance and it was not mentioned on booking little disappointed but I’ll definitely come back again

The hotel really feels like home warm and nice . The location is amazing very close to public transport and u just step outside the hotel to heavenly street with supermarket, coffees and restaurants . Also there is a mall very near by .

The drinks, tea coffee etc were not set up for 3, yet the room was for 3. We asked for a kettle which never came. The spa is in the commercial center so you have to walk there outside the hotel so basically in your bathrobe! So we didn’t even use it

We loved this hotel - it was quirky, clean, comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Free cold drinks in the fridge in the room were an unexpected bonus. Great location, with several eateries nearby and being only a few minutes walk from the train station.

Although the property advertised guest parking, there were only a handful of spaces available. In a city like Zurich, where parking is limited and expensive, I would have expected either guaranteed parking for guests or clear guidance on alternative options, including prices and conditions.

The hotel had a truly luxurious feel. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a spotless bathroom cleverly divided into separate shower and toilet areas with a shared sink and mirror space. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice served in a cozy, comfortable restaurant where there was ample room for all guests. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It’s about 6 mins train from the central station or 10 mins bus. The location isn’t super close to the center but we love it. It’s quiet

Really excellent place to stay in Zurich. I was worried that it would be too close to the motorway but you wouldn’t even notice and can easily walk to the lake and the centre of Zurich
