We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly and nice host and given fine tips to visit the area. Spacious chalet with mountain views. Everything was very clean. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Just realize that you are quite isolated there.

I loved how the property was separate and had the whole little house to myself. The view was magical and was peaceful with easy access to hiking trails. I came here for an online retreat/course and needed to be isolated, so having my own facilities where I can prepare my own food and have the fireplace going set the scene for the perfect few days. The owner was very kind and helpful during my stay when I needed some extra firewood.

There was not one thing that we did not like. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Staying at the Guest House was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The guest house is spacious and modern and had everything we needed. The view from the terrace and windows over Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc is stunning. The location is close to Geneva and Lausanne and you are right on the spot for sledding. The owners are wonderful people and check in/check out service is great. Highly recommendable! If I could, I would give it 11 points!

As it is our third time in 3 years it is fair to say we like this place. Primarily it is location but it is exceptionally cool inside when the weather gets hot (which was wonderful last week). The views to Mont Blanc and the Lake make a great backdrop to an evening BBQ. There is local public transport access and the Lac de Joux or Lake Geneva are only 20 minutes away by car.

This is the highest quality place we have ever stayed in. The insulation is so good that if it is cold outside it's warm inside and if it is hot outside it's cool inside. This is our second time here: last year was very warm and this year a little fresh. In any case you cannot trust the weather forecast because of the proximity of mountains and anything can happen. The weather can be terrible down at the lake and much nicer up the mountain. The living room is large and comfortable and has the best acoustics imaginable as the floor is stone as are the walls. Since the walls are thick, the place is essentially sound proof, so this is an exceptional place for musicians (who play portable instruments, obviously). There are many lovely things nearby: there are hiking paths, the Arboretum (the only one in Switzerland) and several lovely small towns and villages on the way to, or on Lake Geneva.

We liked and were happy with everything thank you. The pillows were square, but this is just a personal taste - I would’ve preferred rectangular. Such a small thing and I am only really mentioning to bring up to the minimum number of sentences.

The location was beautiful and the host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions about where to go in the area, including getting cheese from then the dairy is closed! The fireplace was a nice feature and there were two toilets which was convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. The weather was too wet to sit outside but the view would’ve been lovely and there were chairs and tables provided. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet.

I found the matresse a little bit hard, but in general, our experience was great!

It was a fantastic place to stay. I totally recomend it! everything was impecable, and very well placed. We will return easily next time!
