Alpina Hotel perfectly fit my needs: small village near Interlaken, quiet, clean, friendly staff, and what an amazing patio overlooking the lake! Spent a relaxing evening there. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location, just a stop away from Interlaken Ost, easy to reach to other sight locations. Room size is perfect, have a balcony to admire the lake.

Beautiful location and really easy to get around from here. We had a car and there is parking, but we often used the bus or the train, both of which are within maybe five or so minutes walk. The view over the lake is incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the location made it a really useful base for exploring the wider area. The building itself is gorgeous, loads of character! We really loved our time here and the hotel being such a lovely place to stay played a huge part in that. There is so much that we did not have time to do that I have zero doubt we will be back here before long!

It’s not a problem actually, as the balcony is connecting, it would be graceful if everyone can try to keep a low voice while enjoying the amazing lake view.

This hotel is a true 100-year-old gem — full of charm and history, with absolutely stunning views that make it worth every penny. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to start the day right. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is cozy and inviting, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — we slept like babies. Everyone was super welcoming and kind, making the whole stay feel extra special. Would definitely return!

Honestly nothing. Everything was pleasant.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms where cozy and clean! We had the pleasure of having a room with lake view, and honestly couldn't get enough of it. The breakfast was good and everything was pleasant. Transport to and from interlaken was easy with bus or train. Coming back to the hotel after a long day of adventures felt like coming home, and we already want to go back, we loved it so much! If you have the chance to stay in Ringgenberg and are looking for a cozy, friendly hotel, this is the one for you!

The rooms were hot at night with no air conditioning, but that seems to be standard in Interlaken and we knew before we booked.

The location. The hotel is served well by public transport and private cars. Bus, train and boat stops are all nearby. Ringgenberg train station is a 6 minute walk and 3 minute journey by train to Interlaken OST The view from the lakeside rooms is spectacular with direct views of lake Brienz Staff are very friendly . Breakfast is quality, healthy, fresh local produce. The breakfast room has beautiful views of the lake.

I liked everything.

In a quiet location outside of Interlaken but very easy to take the local bus to and from the city. The hotel provided a free unlimited pass to use on local buses and trains which was great. Great place for older people with no noisy children running around.A great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the Hurley-burley.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The property was a short walk from the Train Station with amazing views facing Lake Brienz. The street was quiet and peaceful. A nice and welcomed change from the busy streets of Interlaken.
